Abstract

Μία ισοθερμική διαδικασία για την ενίσχυση ενός μορίου νουκλεϊνικού οξέος-στόχου που βασίζεται σε έναν ανοδικό εκκινητή, έναν καθοδικό εκκινητή, ένα σύστημα εισβολής κλώνου και ένα ολιγονουκλεοτίδιο.
