Abstract

Μέθοδος για αξιολόγηση ανεπάρκειας αυξητικής ορμόνης σε ένα ανθρώπινο ή ζωικό υποκείμενο, η δε μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει χορήγηση από του στόματος στο υποκείμενο ΕΡ 1572 (Τύπος σας) ή ΕΡ 1573 (Τύπος II), λήψη δείγματος μετά τη χορήγηση από το υποκείμενο, προσδιορισμό του επιπέδου αυξητικής ορμόνης στο δείγμα και αξιολόγηση κατά πόσον το επίπεδο αυξητικής ορμόνης στο δείγμα είναι ενδεικτικό ανεπάρκειας αυξητικής ορμόνης στο υποκείμενο. Κατά προτίμηση, το επίπεδο GH στο δείγμα μετράται με ανοσοδοκιμασία. Επίσης αποκαλυπτόμενο είναι ένα κιτ μερών που συνίσταται από διαγνωστικό κιτ που περιλαμβάνει: (α) ΕΡ 1572 ή ΕΡ 1573 συνταγοποιημένο για χορήγηση από του στόματος και (β) μέσα για προσδιορισμό του επιπέδου αυξητικής ορμόνης σε ένα δείγμα.
