Abstract
Εμβαπτιζόμενος χάρτης αποξηραμένων αντιδραστηρίων, μέθοδος παραγωγής του, και μέθοδος για την ανίχνευση ή και προσδιορισμό ειδικών αλληλουχιών νουκλεϊκών οξέων με την ανάπτυξη πρωτοκόλλων δοκιμασιών υβριδισμού σε αυτόν. Στο χάρτη αποξηραίνονται σφαιρίδια χρυσού συζευγμένα με ολιγονουκλεοτίδια, και στην περιοχή της μεμβράνης ακινητοποιείται η πρωτεΐνη στρεπταβιδίνη και ένα ολιγονουκλεοτίδιο. Ανιχνεύεται η παρουσία μιας ειδικής αλληλουχίας DΝΑ όταν λαμβάνεται έγχρωμο σήμα ενδεικτικό της παρουσίας ή απουσίας του αναλυτή στην ζώνη ακινητοποίησης της στρεπταβιδίνης, και επιβεβαιώνεται η ολοκλήρωση της δοκιμασίας από την ανάπτυξη έγχρωμου σήματος ενδεικτικού της ολοκλήρωσης της δοκιμασίας στη ζώνη ακινητοποίησης του ολιγονουκλεοτιδίου. Ο εμβαπτιζόμενος χάρτης χρησιμεύει στην ταχεία ανίχνευση ή και προσδιορισμό της ειδικής αλληλουχίας νουκλεϊκών οξέων που δηλώνουν π.χ. την παρουσία ιϊκού ή βακτηριακού DΝΑ ή DΝΑ μεταλλαγμένου στο οποίο οφείλεται παθολογικός φαινότυπος ασθενή, στο υπό εξέταση δείγμα μετά την εκλεκτική ενίσχυση της ειδικής αλληλουχίας στο δείγμα μέσω ΡCR.
