The invention relates to a cementitious composition with an increase in strengths, the best for hardening temperatures below 0 ° C. Its essence is that they adhere to Portland-based cement clinker and falls to water and / or the filler contains 0.3 to 15% by weight of cement mixtures of soluble formic acid salt, for example, calcium formate, wherein the ratio of formate to nitrate is from 5: 100 to 100: 5 parts by weight. A cementitious composition of the invention may be used can also be produced in the form of dry prefabricated blends containing all the ingredients except for the blend water. However, it can also be produced by the process common in the production of mortars and concretes so that the formate and nitrate are added in in the form of an aqueous solution or in powder form to the other components of the mixture.
Description
The invention relates to a cementitious composition with an increased strength range, in particular for curing temperatures below 0 ° C.
Ca(NOj]2 (Rukovodstvo po primeneniju chimičeskich dobavok v betone, Strojizdat Moskva 1980), pričom doporučované dávky protizmrazovacích přísad sú v závislosti na druhu přísady a teplote nasledujúce:In construction practice, it is often required to accelerate the increase in strength of cementitious compounds, especially when hardening in cold weather. Generally, the most effective accelerators are chlorides, such as calcium or sodium chloride, which, however, cause corrosion of the steel reinforcement of the concrete and therefore cannot be used in the production of reinforced concrete. Therefore, mixtures of calcium chloride with a corrosion inhibitor of steel reinforcement such as sodium nitrite NaNO2 or calcium nitrate Ca (NO2) 2 have been proposed. Ca (NOj) 2 (Rukovodstvo po primeneniju chimicheskich dobavok v beton, Strojizdat Moskva 1980), the recommended dosages of antifreeze additives are as follows depending on the type of ingredient and temperature:
teplota tvrdnutia rozmedzie dávek betonu °C přísad % hmotnosti až — 5 3 až 6 — 6 až —10 5 až 9 —11 až —15 7 až 10hardening temperature concrete batch range ° C additives% weight up to - 5 3 to 6 - 6 to –10 5 to 9 –11 to –15 7 to 10
I.: Dobavki v beton, Strojizdat Moskva 1973). Močovina má však malú účinnost na zníženie bodu mrazu zámesovej vody a spomaluje hydratáciu cementu. Močovina okrem toho sposobuje karbonatáciu betonu a silnú koróziu betonu (Moskvin, V. M., Černov, A. V.: Mechanizm korozii betóna v rastvorach karbamida, Sb. naučných trudcev NIIŽB GOS-STROJA SSSR „Korrozija i stojkosť železobetona v agressivnych sredach“, Strojizdat Moskva 1980, str. However, the anticorrosive effect of sodium or calcium nitrite is only temporary, the gradual oxidation of nitrite to nitrate and carbonation of concrete creates a risk of chloride corrosion of the steel reinforcement of the concrete. However, the practical use of nitrites as antifreeze agents in construction production raises very difficult problems as all nitrites are poisons. More recently, the urea additive [carbamide or carboxyldiamide CO (NH2) 2] is also known, which is used alone or as an antifreeze, or in combination with various inorganic salts such as nitrate or calcium nitrite (Ratin, VB, Rozenberg, Τ). I.: Dobavki v beton, Strojizdat Moscow 1973). Urea, however, has little effectiveness in reducing the freezing point of the mixing water and slows the hydration of the cement. Urea also causes concrete carbonation and strong corrosion of concrete (Moskvin, VM, Cherniv, AV: Mechanism of concrete corrosion in the growth of carbamides, Coll. Of Educational Trudcev) 15 to 21). Therefore, it is expedient to reduce the urea content as much as possible in the antifreeze composition or not to put the urea in the antifreeze at all.
It is also known to use ants such as calcium as an accelerator for setting concrete mixtures. However, the addition of calcium formate does not ensure a sufficient increase in the strength of the cement mix at negative temperatures.
The drawbacks of the cementitious compositions with said additives are eliminated with the cementitious compositions of the invention. It is based on the fact that, in addition to the protlandic clinker cement and, if appropriate, the filler and / or water, it contains 0.3 to 15% by weight of the cement of a mixture of a soluble formic acid salt such as calcium or sodium formate and nitric acid salt such as calcium nitrate, sodium or potassium, wherein the formate and nitrate ratio is from 5: 100 to 100: 5 parts by weight.
As Portland clinker cement, for example, troscortortland or portland cement can be used in the cementitious composition of the invention at temperatures below 0 ° C. however, pure Portland cements are best suited.
Pri skúškach bolo prekvapujúco zistené, že cementová zmes podía vynálezu nesposo? buje koróziu ocelověj výstuže betonu, má urýchlený nárast pevností i pri běžných teplotách tvrdnutia (napr. 20 °C) a má dobrý nárast pevností i při teplotách tvrdnutia —10 °C až —15 °C. Výhody cementovej zmesi podía vynálezu ukazujú nasledujúce příklady prevedenia:Surprisingly, it has been found in the tests that the cementitious composition according to the invention is non-spastic? corrosion of the steel reinforcement of the concrete, has an accelerated increase in strength even at normal hardening temperatures (eg 20 ° C) and has a good increase in strength even at hardening temperatures of –10 ° C to –15 ° C. The advantages of the cementitious composition according to the invention are shown in the following examples:
