Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para la preparacion de composiciones farmaceuticas en forma de comprimidos con dispersion mejorada de la sustancia farmacologica, caracterizandose dicho metodo en que comprende los pasos de: a)preparacion de una dispersion en un liquido de al menos una sustancia farmacologica activa a nivel farmaceutico y al menos un surfactante y/o enlazante; b)preparacion de un transportador mediante mezcla seca de uno o mas excipientes incluyendo al menos un transportador poroso; c) granulado por pulverizacion de la dispersion preparada en a) en un transportador preparado en b) para obtener un producto granulado por pulverizacion.
