Abstract
Se describe una forma de dosificación farmacéutica sólida que proporciona biodisponibilidad oral mejorada, para inhibidores de proteasa de HIV. En particular, la forma de dosificación comprende una dispersión sólida de al menos un inhibidor de proteasa de HIV y al menos un surfactante farmacéuticamente aceptable, dicho polímero soluble en agua farmacéuticamente aceptable tiene una Tg de al menos aproximadamente 50°C. De preferencia, el surfactante farmacéuticamente aceptable tiene un valor de HLB desde aproximadamente 4 hasta aproximadamente 10.
