Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un artículo, en particular culinario, que comprende un soporte de hierro fundido que tiene dos lados opuestos. De acuerdo con la invención, el artículo comprende un revestimiento vítreo en la forma de al menos una capa continua de un material sol-gel que comprende una matriz formada a partir de al menos un polialcoxilato de metal y al menos un aceite de silicona reactivo o no reactivo, la capa de material sol-gel es depositado directamente sobre al menos uno de los lados de dicho soporte, y el lado provisto de un revestimiento vítreo tiene una rugosidad superficial Ra que oscila entre 3 y 15 micro-m con un recuento de pico por centímetro RPc que oscila entre 50 y 200.La presente invención también se refiere a un método para fabricar tal artículo.
