Abstract
Método mejorado para la preparación de treprostinil y sus derivados. En contraste con el arte anterior, este método utiliza una resolución enzimática fácilmente escalable de un intermediario clave para preparar estos compuestos. Otra mejora significativa del método descrito en relación con los métodos anteriores es el reordenamiento regioselectivo de Claisen de un precursor 5-aliloxi-benzaldehído, que está facilitado por un sustituyente bromo en la posición 2.
