Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un empaque de sellado (20) para un aparato de cocción que comprende una olla que termina en su parte superior con un reborde (4) de olla y una tapa (5), dicho empaque incluye un talón (21) a partir del cual se extiende por lo menos un primer labio que comprende una superficie de soporte que termina con un borde terminal (24) destinado a descansar sobre el reborde (4) de olla, dicho empaque se caracteriza porque el primer labio se perfora con por lo menos una abertura (25) de modo que dicho primer labio se puede arrastrar hacia el talón (21) cuando la presión dentro de la cámara de cocción supera el umbral predeterminado con el fin de poner dicha por lo menos una abertura (25) en comunicación con el exterior de la cámara, mientras que el borde terminal (24) aún descansa sobre el reborde (4) de la olla.
