Abstract
La presente invención divulga un sistema de instalación de oleoductos (100) que puede incluir un dispositivo de inserción (102) por fuera de un túnel. Este sistema incluye: i) una estructura del dispositivo de inserción (104); ii) una abrazadera móvil (106) de acoplamiento deslizable con la estructura del dispositivo de inserción, la cual permite desplazar secciones del oleoducto; iii) por lo menos un impulsor que mueve la abrazadera móvil a lo largo del dispositivo de inserción para que se acople con un oleoducto para moverse entre una primera posición (108) y una segunda posición (110) a lo largo de la estructura; iv) un conjunto de segmentos envolventes, los cuales tiene orificios a través de los cuales se introducen los segmentos del oleoducto; y) estructuras de soporte (118) dispuestas por dentro del túnel las cuales reciben los segmentos del oleoducto dentro del dispositivo de inserción que facilitan el ensamblaje de las secciones del oleoducto; y vi) dispositivos controladores que comprenden por lo menos uno o más computadores, procesadores, y/o otros componentes eléctricos configurados para operar cada una de las partes del sistema y así mover segmentos del oleoducto para acoplarlos entre sí, y adicionalmente controlar el impulsor y el dispositivo de abrazadera móvil en respuesta a transductores que registran e[ deslizamiento del oleoducto, la fuerza de empuje, y la presión de la sujeción. 1)icho sistema tiene aplicación en la instalación y mantenimiento de oleoductos o conductos de transporte de gases y otros fluidos.
