Abstract

Un clasificador de líquidos obstruidos por sedimentos, adaptado para procesar material agregado en un medio líquido. El clasificador de líquidos incluye un tanque clasificador definido por paredes diseñadas para sostener el medio líquido, y comprende una cámara para la fracción de sumidero y una cámara para la fracción que flota, y una entrada de líquido y una salida de líquido. Una columna alargada de corriente ascendente montada dentro de dicha cámara para la fracción de sumidero y adaptada para extender por debajo una superficie de un medio líquido contenido en ella. La columna de corriente ascendente tiene abiertos los extremos superior e inferior, y define una entrada de agregado entre sus extremos superior e inferior para recibir material agregado en dicho tanque clasificador. Un depósito para la fracción que flota se localiza sobre dicha cámara para la fracción de sumidero, y que comunica con el extremo superior abierto de dicha columna de corriente ascendente. Un pasaje de desbordamiento que comunica con el depósito para la fracción que flota, y adaptado para dirigir el medio líquido hacia afuera del depósito y dentro de la cámara para la fracción que flota. Un primer transportador retira un agregado de la fracción que flota arrastrado en el medio líquido y que se recoge dentro de la cámara de la fracción que flota, mientras que un segundo transportador retira un agregado de la fracción de sumidero que se recoge dentro de la cámara para la fracción de sumidero.
