Abstract

Formulación termoplástica para fabricar tubería y accesorios para fluidos de uso doméstico e industrial, la cual comprende un compuesto de polivinilo clorado (CPVC) termoplástico en una relación de 100 phr (partes por 100 de resina), agentes antioxidantes, agentes promotores de fusión poliméricos y agentes modificadores de impacto caracterizada por incluir una mezcla de agentes lubricantes internos y externos en una relación de 3.5 a 7 phr, a base de: cera parafínica desde 0. hasta 0.5 phr, estearato de calcio desde 0 hasta 0.25 phr, cera polietilénica 1 desde 0 hasta 0.25 phr, cera polietilénica oxidada desde 0 hasta 0.3 phr, ácido esteárico y ceras de ácidos grasos desde 0 hasta 1 phr, cera polietilénica 2 desde 0 hasta 1.1 phr, homopolímero de etileno oxidado desde 0 hasta 0.23 phr y cera parafínica desde 0 hasta 2.2 phr; y agentes estabilizadores térmicos de mercapturos, permitiendo que dichos agentes lubricantes y aditivos mejoren las características de flujo entrega en kg/hr durante la extrusión para fabricación de tubería de CPVC La formulación termoplástica para fabricar tubería y accesorios para fluidos de agua caliente ó fría de la cláusula 1, caracterizada en que el CPVC es una resina de PVC clorada (mediante fotocloración de PVC suspendido en agua). La formulación termoplástica para fabricar tubería y accesorios para fluidos de agua caliente ó fría de la cláusula 1, caracterizada en que los agentes antioxidantes se seleccionan de componentes de tetra kis [metilen (3,5 di- terbutil-4hidroxihidrocianamato)] metano (Irganox 1010) o fenoles impedidos estearicamente en una relación de 0.2 a 3 y preferentemente de 0.5 a 1.0 phr. La formulación termoplástica para fabricar tubería y accesorios para fluidos de agua caliente ó fría de la cláusula 1, caracterizada en que los agentes promotores de fusión (ayuda de proceso) son compuestos poliméricos de preferencia acrilatos y/o metacrilatos en una relación de 1 a 4 phr.
