Compuestos de la fórmula general:en donde R1 y R2 son, independientemente entre sí, hidrógeno, alquilo C1 -C6 , alcoxilo C1 -C6 , o halógeno; R3 es fenilo, opcionalmente sustituido por alquilo C1 -C6 , CF3 , alcoxilo C1 -C6 , o halógeno; y R4 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1 -C6 , alquenilo C1 - C6 , -C(O)-alquilo C1 -C6 , -C(O)-fenilo, alquilo C1 -C6 , -C(O)-fenilo, alquileno C1 -C6 -C(O)O-alquilo C1 -C6 , alcantriilo C1 -C6 -di-C(O)O-alquilo C1 -C6 , hidroxi-alquilo C1 -C6 , alquilo C1 -C6 -O-alquilo C1 -C6 , alquilo C1 -C6 -CH(OH)CF3 , fenilo o bencilo, R5 y R6 son, independientemente entre sí, hidrógeno, fenilo, alquilo C1 -C6 , o di-alquilo C1 -C6 , o pueden formar juntos un anillo de fenilo, y R5 y uno de R1 o R2 pueden formar juntos un anillo de 6 miembros saturado o insaturado, A es un anillo saturado de 4 - 7 miembros que puede contener un heteroátomo tal como O o S, y a sus sales de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptables.
