Abstract
塑料箱体双缸洗衣机是家用洗衣机。本实用新型的洗衣桶和脱水桶是各自独立，可用小型设备制造。另外，箱体采用工程塑料板加工成型，保证永不生锈。此种结构的洗衣机尤其适合中小型工厂制造。
Description
全塑箱体双缸洗衣机是家用电器产品。
现有国内外双缸洗衣机主要由洗衣桶、电机、控制台、箱体等组成。洗衣桶和脱水桶是整体结构，需用大型注塑机成型，箱体是采用铁板制成后喷漆或采用复合板制作。
本实用新型的目的，在于改变洗衣桶和脱水桶的整体结构，用工程塑料做箱体，便于用小型设备制作，可使洗衣机箱体耐酸耐碱，永不生锈。
现有的双缸洗衣桶和脱水桶是一个整体，需用8000克以上的注塑机制作，此设备需花大量外汇购买进口机台，不利于国内发展生产。本实用新型把洗衣桶和脱水桶分开，不是一个整体，故可用小型设备，任何一间小型工厂都可生产该种洗衣机。
现有的金属箱体双缸洗衣机，由于长期接触水的客观原因，故很容易生锈，尤其在南方或沿海地区的气候影响下，金属箱体更易生锈，有的甚至2－3年就要更换，本实用新型采用工程塑料板制作箱体，可采用简易机台制成，且使之永不生锈。
本实用新型的一个例子，如图一所示，箱体1是聚氯乙烯板制成，洗衣桶2是用聚丙烯塑料注射成型，内装波轮3，需洗的物件就放在桶内，当洗衣桶注入一定的水量后，便可通过控制台4开机，波轮3经洗衣电机5带动旋转，波轮把水搅动达到洗涤目的，衣物洗好拿到隔壁的脱水桶6内。脱水桶由聚丙烯塑料注射成型，开动脱水电机7使脱水桶6高速旋转，依靠离心力作用脱水。
图二是由洗衣桶，脱水桶，箱体组装而成的俯视图，表示了本实用新型的结构特征所在。
洗衣桶2与脱水桶交接处用凹凸槽型结构定位。（如图二剖面A－A所示）
洗衣桶2、脱水桶3、箱体的连接如图二B－B剖视所示，洗衣桶和脱水桶的周边各自支撑在塑料箱1上。

1、塑料箱体双缸洗衣机是家用电器，由电机、洗衣桶、脱水桶、箱体、控制台组成，本实用新型的特征在于洗衣桶和脱水桶各自独立的，箱体采用工程塑料板制造。
2、根据权利要求1所说的塑料箱体洗衣机，其特征在于洗衣桶和脱水桶是靠两者凹凸槽定位。
