Abstract
用二壬萘磺酸钡、氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸、羊毛脂、苯骈三氮唑和少量矿物油调合成的添加剂复合组分,调到合适的矿物油中可作为内燃机封存和试运转用润滑油。还可用于封存各类内燃机,还可用作其他金属制品和零部件的封存用油。
Description
本发明叙述了适用于电火花点火和压燃式的活塞式内燃发动机封存、走合和在第一次预定换油之前操作用的曲轴箱润滑油的添加剂复合组分。
氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐防锈添加剂,是在本发明以前国内外专利、文献、资料中从未有过的化合物。该防锈添加剂对黑色金属,尤其是有色金属具有独特的防锈效果。
从而以该剂为主配成的添加剂复合组分,以及由该复合组分配成的油品就显示了其它防锈、润滑油品所没有的独特性能。
本发明的添加剂复合组分调入到润滑油中,所得油品既有防锈性能,又具有一定的润滑性能,使磨合与封存两用油品合并为一种性能较全面的油品,使发动机的磨合、封存、启封过程得到简化,具体如下:
防锈润滑油试车-库房封存-加润滑油使用
简化了发动机封存工艺,节省了燃料,并且延长了防锈期。
本发明以前内燃机的磨合试运转采用没有防锈性能的润滑油,为了封存又采用防锈油,这种防锈油又不能作润滑油使用,所以发运机的封存与启封全过程为:
润滑油试车-冲洗-加润滑油使用。
本发明的添加剂复合组分可以与其它清净分散剂如硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、丁二酰亚胺等复合使用。
本发明的突出特点是利用唑唑啉烯基丁二酸盐充分溶解苯骈三氮唑之后,调合在矿物油中能保证苯骈三氮唑很好地溶解在矿物油中。
本发明的添加剂复合组分,调制的润滑油,性能符合MIL-L-21260规格。
本 本发明的添加剂复合组分含有多种添加剂。
例1,在有加热设备,搅拌和温度测量的调合容器中加入深度精制的矿物油3.5~4.5分,升温至90~100℃时,加入二壬基萘磺酸钡3~4份,然后加入预先由氨乙基十七烯基丁二酸盐1.5~2.0份和苯骈三胺唑0.15~0.25份调合好的母液,搅拌均匀,再加入十二烯基丁二酸1~1.5分,羊毛脂0.5~0.7份,充分调合则为本发明的添加剂复合组分。
例2,在例1的产品中加入烷基水杨酸钙2~2.5分,调合均匀。为内燃机试运转和封存用油添加剂组分。
例3,取例2的添加剂复合组分10~12.5份,调入到100℃下粘度15~17厘沱的精制矿物油100份中,该油可用于坦克发动机或使用相应粘度的内燃机磨合封存油。
例4,取例1的产品12份加入到100份50号机械油中,调合均匀,可作为小型空气压缩机磨合封存油,也可作其他机械零件封存油。
例5,例1产品10~12分加入100分10号车用机油可封存汽车发动机。
例6,例1产品10份加到坦克发动机油箱中(100分计算),发动机10~20分钟,可直接用于封存发动机。
Claims (4)
1、用二壬基萘磺钡3~4份、氨乙基十七烯基咪唑十二烯基丁二酸盐1.5~2.0份,苯骈三氮唑0.15~0.25份,羊毛脂0.5~0.7份,十二烯基丁二酸1~1.5份、烷基水杨酸钙2~2.5份,调合在3.5~4.5份矿物油中,配成添加剂复合组份。
2、根据权项1,本发明的添加剂在矿物油中调合时,先用氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉十二烯基丁二酸盐和苯骈三氮唑预调合于90~95℃下搅拌。
3、根据权项1,本发明的添加剂复合组份,调合在矿物油中,可得到内燃机的磨合封存防锈油。
4、根据权项1,本发明的添加剂复合组份调制的油品,可用于坦克发动机、汽车发动机、空气压缩机等的磨合封存和封存,也可作为普通金属零部件的封存用油。
