Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种阴极振动成型机,尤其涉及一种仅一台成型机一种模套和重锤即可以生产出多种规格阴极炭块的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤。其中模套为插板式结构,重锤为分片组装式结构,重锤与模套相匹配。本实用新型将在原有阴极振动机的基础上设计的模套和重锤,将模套做成插板式将重锤做成分片组装式,仅一台阴极振动机配上本实用新型的一种模套和重锤即可以生产多种规格的阴极炭块,减少了模套和重锤的种类,降低了生产阴极炭块的生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种阴极振动成型机,尤其涉及一种仅一台成型机一种模套和重锤即可以生产出多种规格阴极炭块的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤。
背景技术
电解铝厂的规模多种多样,所需要的阴极炭块也是多种规格,而各种规格的阴极炭块因其尺寸不同,生产时就需要不同规格的模套和重锤,有时一台成型机仅能生产一种规格的阴极炭块,或一台成型机配几种规格的模套和重锤,造成浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,仅一台成型机一种模套和重锤即可以生产多种规格的阴极炭块,目的是减少模套和重锤的种类,降低生产阴极炭块的生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其中模套为插板式结构,重锤为分片组装式结构,重锤与模套相匹配。
所述的重锤是由重锤母体和连接在重锤母体端部的重锤片组合而成。
所述的重锤片的横截面与重锤母体的横截面相同。
所述的重锤母体的两端至少设置两片重锤片,重锤母体与重锤片之间通过螺栓连接。
所述的重锤母体的两端至少各设置两片重锤片,相邻重重锤片之间通过螺栓连接。
所述的模套结构如下:两侧设置有模套板,模套板两端内侧相对开设有多组插槽,模套板的两端相对的插槽内各***一模套插板,两个模套插板之间未插装模套插板的插槽内插装有模套堵板。
所述的模套插板与模套板通过模套螺栓连接,模套板与模套堵板通过模套螺栓连接。
本实用新型的优点和效果如下:
本实用新型是在原有阴极振动机的基础上设计的模套和重锤,将模套做成插板式将重锤做成分片组装式,仅一台阴极振动机配上本实用新型的一种模套和重锤即可以生产多种规格的阴极炭块,减少了模套和重锤的种类,降低了生产阴极炭块的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面对本实用新型的实施例结合附图加以详细描述,但本实用新型的保护范围不受实施例所限。
目前阴极振动成型机大多采用整体式的模套和重锤,而图1所示的插板式模套和分片组装式重锤可以改变生产阴极炭块的长度。仅一台成型机一种模套和重锤即可以生产出多种规格阴极炭块。其模套和重锤的结构如下:模套为插板式结构,重锤为分片组装式结构,重锤与模套相匹配,模套放在振动台8上;如图2多示,模套结构如下:两侧设置有模套板2,模套板2两端内侧相对开设有多组插槽,模套板2的两端相对的插槽内各***一模套插板1,两个模套插板1之间未插装模套插板1的插槽内插装有模套堵板3,模套插板1与模套板2通过模套螺栓4连接,模套板2与模套堵3板通过模套螺栓4连接;如图3所示,重锤是由重锤母体7和连接在重锤母体7端部的重锤片5组合而成的,重锤片5的横截面与重锤母体7的横截面相同,重锤片5可以设置至少两片或多片偶数片,重锤母体7与与其相邻的重锤片5通过螺栓6连接,相邻两片重锤片5之间通过螺栓6连接,所述的重锤片5设置在重锤母体7的两端,对称设置。

Claims (7)

1、用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于模套为插板式结构,重锤为分片组装式结构,重锤与模套相匹配。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的重锤是由重锤母体(7)和连接在重锤母体(7)端部的重锤片(5)组合而成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的重锤片(5)的横截面与重锤母体(7)的横截面相同。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的重锤母体(7)的两端至少设置两片重锤片(5),重锤母体(7)与重锤片(5)之间通过螺栓(6)连接。
5、根据权利要求2或3所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的重锤母体(7)的两端至少各设置两片重锤片(5),相邻重重锤片(5)之间通过螺栓(6)连接。
6、根据权利要求1所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的模套结构如下:两侧设置有模套板(2),模套板(2)两端内侧相对开设有多组插槽,模套板(2)的两端相对的插槽内各***一模套插板(1),两个模套插板(1)之间未插装模套插板(1)的插槽内插装有模套堵板(3)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的用于阴极振动成型机的模套和重锤,其特征在于所述的模套插板(1)与模套板(2)通过模套螺栓(4)连接,模套板(2)与模套堵(3)板通过模套螺栓(4)连接。
