本实用新型提供一种聚乙烯复合管,含聚乙烯层和金属带,其特征是:金属带为拱形,金属带缠绕于聚乙烯管之上:金属带与聚乙烯层之间设有粘接树脂层。为了解决金属的防腐性能,拱形金属外表面设有粘接树脂层;为了提高强度,拱形金属带为钢带。本实用新型以拱形钢带在聚乙烯层内作内增强的复合结构壁管,不仅提高了管材环刚度性能,同时减少了聚乙烯用量,降低成本。由于采用聚乙烯-粘接树脂-拱形钢带-粘接树脂-聚乙烯复合结构层,具有优异的力学性能,长久的使用寿命,耐腐蚀、耐磨损、重量轻等诸多优点。

本实用新型涉及一种聚乙烯复合管,特别是一种埋于地下的带有金属内增强的大口径聚乙烯复合管。
背景技术
我国大口径塑料管道的发展是从近几年开始的,一般都是由PVC、PE、PP几种通用塑料生产的各种结构壁管道,包括双壁波纹管、夹筋管、缠绕管等等,但在管材直径超过1米时,纯塑料生产的结构壁管就很难满足其刚度要求,环刚度很难达到SN8,这是由塑料材料本身性能决定的,除非大大增加管材的壁厚,这就造成资源的极大浪费,同时增加生产成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型以拱形钢带在聚乙烯层内部增强结构的复合壁管,不仅提高了管材环刚度性能,同时减少了聚乙烯用量,降低成本。
本实用新型所述的一种聚乙烯复合管,它含聚乙烯层和金属带,其特征是:金属带为拱形,金属带缠绕于聚乙烯管之上;金属带与聚乙烯层之间设有粘接树脂层。
为了使拱形金属带与聚乙烯层达到极佳的粘接效果以及防腐效果,拱形金属带外表面从内到外依次设有粘接树脂层和聚乙烯层;为了提高强度,拱形金属带为钢带。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于采用聚乙烯-粘接树脂-拱形钢带-粘接树脂-聚乙烯复合结构层,具有优异的力学性能,长久的使用寿命,耐腐蚀、耐磨损、重量轻等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述的一种聚乙烯复合管,如图1和图2所示,加工大口径埋地用聚乙烯管1,它包括外层聚乙烯2,拱形钢带3,内层聚乙烯5,拱形钢带3的表面涂敷粘接树脂层4,拱形钢带3粘贴缠绕于聚乙烯管之上,拱形钢带3的最外层为聚乙烯层2。由于拱形钢带3与内层聚乙烯5(即聚乙烯管)之间为空心,使其重量较轻,并能加强聚乙烯管的环刚度,由于采用聚乙烯-粘接树脂-拱形钢带-粘接树脂-聚乙烯复合结构层,使本实用新型耐腐蚀,耐磨损,寿命更长。

1.一种聚乙烯复合管,含聚乙烯层、金属带,其特征是:金属带为拱形,金属带缠绕于聚乙烯管之上;金属带与聚乙烯层之间设有粘接树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯复合管,其特征是:拱形金属带外表面从内到外依次设有粘接树脂层和聚乙烯层。
