技术领域
本发明属于玻璃钢管,特别属于用于给排水及石油化工防腐的环保玻璃钢管。
背景技术
目前在给排水及石油化工防腐行业,普遍采用聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、玻璃钢管(玻璃纤维增强塑料管、玻璃纤维增强塑料夹砂管)等管道。聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯管道质轻、光滑且耐腐蚀,但刚度和强度方面有所不足且原料均为石油化工合成制品;玻璃钢管及玻璃钢夹砂管具有耐腐蚀、强度高、流体阻力小、刚度大的优点,但产品采用主要原料增强材料为高能耗的玻璃纤维,树脂完全依赖于石油,产品及废料不可回收、不环保。因此使用这类管道产品,消耗着大量宝贵的石油资源、导致了环境污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保玻璃钢管。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种环保玻璃钢管,沿管径方向,由内到外依次为内衬层、增强层、外防护层。
所述的增强层是由2层以上的竹片缠绕而成的增强层。
所述的内衬层、增强层、外防护层粘接为一体。
所述的外防护层为聚氨酯树脂或乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛树脂制成的外防护层。
本实用新型的技术方案与玻璃钢管及夹砂玻璃钢管不同之处是采用成卷的竹片作为增强材料,而非玻璃纤维或碳纤维等;采用热固性树脂作为粘合剂,可以使竹片与竹片之间粘接更佳,充分发挥它的强度。在本方案管道的结构组成中,由于在管体的增强层中采用了竹子作为增强材料,赋于管体质轻、高强度、高刚度、高韧性等优点;在内衬上,采用了与在玻璃钢管中常见的结构和材料,因此也继承了玻璃钢管的防腐、内壁光滑等优良特性;在外防护层上,由于涂覆一层采用聚氨酯树脂或乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛树脂防腐耐水的材料,保证了管体有很好的耐久耐候性。
本实用新型与聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯管道相比,具有更高的强度、刚度,可节约石油资源,与玻璃钢管及玻璃钢夹砂管相比质更轻,成本低廉,生产效率高、具有类似的强度和刚度,增强材料为环保、低能耗的可再生资源,可采用非石油制品的粘接剂,可节约石油资源,而且对于农业资源的开发利用,增加农民收入具有积极的效果。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作详细的说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示:环保玻璃钢管,沿管径方向,由内到外依次为内衬层1、增强层2、外防护层3,所述的增强层2是由2层以上的竹片缠绕而成的增强层2;所述的内衬层1、增强层2、外防护层3粘接为一体。所述的外防护层为聚氨酯树脂制成的外防护层。
所制成的钢管经水压测试,短时失效压力达到4.0MPa,刚度达到15000N/m2,环向抗拉强力达到826KN/m,高于聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯管道,达到玻璃钢管道的技术指标。管体材质密度为1.0-1.1,低于玻璃钢管的2.0。

1.一种环保玻璃钢管,其特征在于:沿管径方向,由内到外依次为内衬层、增强层、外防护层,所述的增强层是由2层以上的竹片缠绕而成的增强层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保玻璃钢管,其特征在于:所述的内衬层、增强层、外防护层粘接为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保玻璃钢管,其特征在于:所述的外防护层为聚氨酯树脂或乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛树脂制成的外防护层。
