背景技术
现有卫生用吸水巾有：一、传统的毛巾，其存在吸水能力差、易发霉和不耐用等缺点；二、聚乙烯醇发泡层与弹力纤维增强层混合吸水巾，其虽具有吸水能力强、抗菌和防霉等优点，聚乙烯醇发泡层只能与弹力纤维增强层相结合才能具有较好的弹性，发泡的聚乙烯醇表层过于光滑而手感较差和磨擦擦洗的力度较差，而且构造和生产工艺较为复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种磨擦擦洗力度大、手感好和结构简单的一种聚乙烯醇吸水巾。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种聚乙烯醇(PVA)吸水巾，包括泡浸抗菌防霉剂的本体，其中：本体由细密状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)弹力基层和粗棉状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层组成；在聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层表面设有装饰图案。
采用上述结构的一种聚乙烯(PVA)醇吸水巾，利用细密状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)弹力基层提供弹力，在弹力基层上设置粗棉状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层，达到增加磨擦擦洗的力度，而且扩大吸水面而达到快速吸水的目的；具有较强的抗菌、防霉、吸水能力，适用于运动后擦汗、吸水、快速干发等，使用非常方便。
本实用新型与现有技术相比还具有如下的优点：加工方便，可快速大量生产，并可节省大量材料、降低制造成本，提高生产效益和经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种聚乙烯醇吸水巾，包括泡浸抗菌防霉剂的本体1，本体1由细密状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)弹力基层11和粗棉状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层12组成；在粗棉状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层12表面设有装饰图案。加工生产时，在模具上先浇灌一层细密状的聚乙烯醇(PVA)弹力基层11，当弹力基层11成型后再浇灌一层聚乙烯醇(PVA)磨擦面层12，磨擦面层12依靠分子渗透力把弹力基层11粘为一体，在磨擦面层12未完全凝固之前打粗磨成粗棉状便可完成。
