本实用新型涉及建材工业中的一种三玻四密封PVC塑料节能门窗。
                        背景技术
众所周知,近年来,塑料门窗以其优良的密封性能占领了市场,并成为国家重点推广的建材产品。门窗要活动,门窗的扇与框、梃间必须留有间隙,才易于启闭,而这些间隙必然会使冷气、灰尘和噪声乘虚而入室内,并对房屋的保温、清洁和隔音造成影响,因而,门窗的良好密封性对对房屋的性能也起着重要的作用。门窗的密封性能在很大程度上又由密封条的数量和质量所决定的。就目前应用较多的60系列二密封平开塑料门窗而言,它的水密性、隔音和保温节能效果远达不到国家的节能要求。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种保温性能优良、隔音效果良好的三玻四密封PVC塑料节能门窗。
本实用新型的技术方案是:由框、扇、梃、平板玻璃、中隔条、密封条和压条组成的本实用新型,框扇梃的型材断面为五腔室,在框梃型材室外一侧的腔分隔为多腔;框、扇各有两道密封槽,梃上有两两相互对称的四道密封槽;门窗的框、扇和梃组装后为三玻璃四处密封,扇与框、扇与梃各形成三个空腔。
本实用新型的型材断面采用五腔室,且室外侧的腔分隔为多腔,组装后为三层中空玻璃、四层密封,并形成多个空腔,它与60系列二密封平开塑料窗相比,不仅大大提高了水密、气密、保温和隔音的性能,而且显著降低了冬天取暖的能耗。

                      具体实施方式
本实用新型由框1、扇2、梃3、密封条4、玻璃5、压条6和中隔条7构成,框1、扇2和梃3的型材断面为五腔室,框1、梃3型材室外一侧的腔分隔为多腔,框1、扇2各有两道装密封条4的密封槽,梃3有两两相互对称的四道装密封条4的密封槽,安装在扇2上的三块平板玻璃5两块间有中隔条7,用压条6将玻璃和中隔条固定。在窗关闭时,扇2和框1、梃3各形成三个密封腔。

1、一种由框、扇、梃、平板玻璃、密封条、压条和中隔条组成的三玻四密封PVC塑料节能门窗,其特征是:框(1)、扇(2)和梃(3)的型材断面为五腔室,框(1)、梃(3)型材的室外一侧的腔分隔为多腔;框(1)、扇(2)上各有两道装密封条(4)的密封槽,梃(3)上有两两相互对称的四道装密封条(4)的密封槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三玻四密封PVC塑料节能门窗,其特征是:安装在扇(2)上的三块玻璃(5)和每两块玻璃间的中隔条(7)用压条(6)固定。
