本实用新型是非包封干式变压器铁心夹紧结构,其结构是先把螺栓、薄螺母旋于上、下夹件的腹面螺纹孔上,距离大小根据图纸而定;然后用旁螺杆穿过上、下夹件的固定孔中,再用螺母把旁螺杆、夹件和铁心锁紧,最后根据图纸要求调节各部位的螺栓,并用薄螺母进行锁紧,从而保证变压器铁轭的各个部位都被夹紧。本实用新型的优点:通过此结构来实现铁心的夹紧,对于局部夹不紧的地方通过调节螺母来保证铁心各部位都被夹紧。该结构既简化了生产工艺,减少了一道生产加工工序,提高了产品的生产效率,缩短了产品生产周期,降低了产品的噪声,提高了产品的电气性能。本实用新型可形成100~3150kVA容量的系列设计,并能保证产品运行状况良好。

背景技术
现有技术中的非包封干式变压器的铁心夹紧结构,是通过先用螺钉把夹件绝缘固定在上夹件和下夹件的腹面板上,然后再用旁螺杆穿过上、下夹件的固定孔中把上夹件和下夹件及铁心夹紧。该结构会出现上、下铁轭局部夹不紧的现象,从而导致产品的噪音增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷,提出一种改进的非包封干式变压器铁心夹紧结构。通过此结构来实现铁心的夹紧。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其结构是先把螺栓、薄螺母旋于上、下夹件的腹面螺纹孔上,距离大小根据图纸而定;然后用旁螺杆穿过上、下夹件的固定孔中,再用螺母把旁螺杆、夹件和铁心锁紧,最后根据图纸要求调节各部位的螺栓,并用薄螺母进行锁紧,从而保证变压器铁轭的各个部位都被夹紧。
本实用新型的优点:通过此结构来实现铁心的夹紧,对于局部夹不紧的地方通过调节螺母来保证铁心各部位都被夹紧。该结构既简化了生产工艺,减少了一道生产加工工序,提高了产品的生产效率,缩短了产品生产周期,而且降低了产品的噪声,提高了产品的电气性能。本实用新型可形成100~3150kVA容量的系列设计,并且能保证产品运行状况良好。

对照附图,其结构是螺栓1、第一、第二薄螺母2、6旋在上、下夹件3的腹面螺纹孔上;用旁螺杆5穿过上、下夹件3的固定孔,用螺母把旁螺杆5、上、下夹件3和铁心4锁紧。并用薄螺母进行锁紧,从而保证变压器铁轭的各个部位都被夹紧。
制作时,将螺栓、薄螺母旋于上、下夹件的腹面螺纹孔上,距离大小根据图纸而定;然后用旁螺杆穿过上、下夹件的固定孔中,再用螺母把旁螺杆、夹件和铁心锁紧,最后根据图纸要求调节各部位的螺栓,并用薄螺母进行锁紧。

1、非包封干式变压器铁心夹紧结构,其特征是是螺栓(1)、第一、第二薄螺母(2、6)旋在上、下夹件(3)腹面的螺纹孔上;用旁螺杆(5)穿过上、下夹件(3)的固定孔,用螺母把旁螺杆(5)、上、下夹件(3)和铁心(4)锁紧。
