Abstract

蓄热式焦炉包含由多个炉孔构成的炉体,每一孔含有碳化室和燃烧室,其特征是每一个燃烧室墙壁上安装有蓄热式烧嘴。常温空气经蓄热室与蓄热体进行热交换,使空气温度升高到1000℃,然后吹入烧嘴,同时烧嘴内吹入燃气,在燃烧室内产生燃烧。燃烧的废气经另一侧烧嘴进入蓄热室,经同蓄热体换热后从烟道排出,废气排放温度低于150℃。本实用新型充分利用了燃烧室烟气的热量,降低了烟气排放温度,排放温度从传统焦炉的最低排放温度250℃降低到150℃以下,提高了能源的利用率。

(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种炼焦炉,具体为一种新型蓄热式焦炉。
(二)背景技术:
焦炉结构的发展经历了土法炼焦、倒焰式焦炉、废热式焦炉和近代蓄热式焦炉。传统的蓄热式焦炉采用格子砖为蓄热体,传热效率低,蓄热室体积庞大,换向周期长,烟气排放温度高,而且蓄热室结构复杂,造价较高。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型解决现有炼焦炉烟气排放温度高、热效率低的缺陷,提供一种新型蓄热式焦炉。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
蓄热式焦炉包含由多个炉孔构成的炉体,每一孔含有碳化室和燃烧室,其特征是每一个燃烧室墙壁上安装有蓄热式烧嘴。
本实用新型充分利用了燃烧室烟气的热量,降低了烟气排放温度,排放温度从传统焦炉的最低排放温度250℃降低到150℃以下,提高了能源的利用率。
