Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池盖板组件,包括依次配合的极板、上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,所述极板上设有注液孔,所述盖板和上、下绝缘片上设有相应的通孔,所述极板上还设有环注液孔的凸台,该凸台依次穿过上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,其端部向外翻折将上述组件连接在一起。本实用新型并提供采用上述盖板组件的锂离子电池。本实用新型有益的技术效果在于:采用延伸于极板注液孔的凸台来进行整个盖板组件的连接,采用铆接的方式将盖板组件固定为一体,不仅结构简单有效减小盖板厚度,而且连接紧密可靠。

锂离子电池盖板组件及电池
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及锂离子电池技术,具体涉及一种锂离子电池盖板组件及采用该盖板组件的电池。
【背景技术】
锂离子电池广泛应用于笔记本电脑、摄像机、数码照相机、PDA(个人数字助理)以及其它移动通讯终端产品上。其规格多、应用广、需求量大。以圆柱形锂离子电池为例,已出现了注液孔在盖板组件中央的电池,但其盖板组件的各部分之间连接方式繁复,造成结构复杂,并且盖板太厚、密封性能差。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、密封性能好的锂离子电池盖板组件及采用该盖板组件的电池。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种锂离子电池盖板组件,包括依次配合的极板、上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,所述极板上设有注液孔,所述盖板和上、下绝缘片上设有相应的通孔,所述极板上还设有环注液孔的凸台,该凸台依次穿过上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,其端部向外翻折将上述组件连接在一起。
优选的是,所述凸台的端部设有轴向缺口,以方便向外翻折。
优选的是,所述凸台的壁厚从位于极板的根部到端部呈减小趋势。例如,其内壁的轴向剖面可以为台阶状或喇叭状。
优选的是,所述盖板上配合上绝缘片的位置呈沉头孔状。
上述盖板组件还可包括极耳延伸柄,其上设有通孔,所述凸台穿过下绝缘片后还穿设所述极耳延伸柄上的通孔。
进一步的,上述盖板组件还可包括环形垫片,设置在下绝缘片与极耳延伸柄之间或极耳延伸柄下方,所述凸台还穿设所述环形垫片。
为本实用新型的目的,还提供一种锂离子电池,包括电池壳体和容纳于其中的电芯和电解液,所述电池壳体采用上述锂离子电池盖板组件进行封装。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有益的技术效果在于:1)采用延伸于极板注液孔的凸台来进行整个盖板组件的连接,采用铆接的方式将盖板组件固定为一体,不仅结构简单有效减小盖板厚度,而且连接紧密可靠。2)将极耳延伸柄也铆入盖板组件,能够在电池组装时改善极耳与盖板的连接,使得操作更加方便。3)增加环形垫片能很好的改善铆接效果,有效避免绝缘片或极耳延伸端被凸台的铆接翻边刺伤。4)从根部开始壁厚呈减小趋势的凸台,其端部翻折更容易。5)盖板上沉头孔状的装配位,能方便上绝缘片和极板的装配,改善密封性能,减小盖板组件厚度。
下面通过具体实施方式并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。

【具体实施方式】
实施例一、一种锂离子电池盖板组件,如图1~图4所示,包括极板3、上绝缘片1、盖板4、下绝缘片5、金属材质的环形垫片6和极耳延伸柄9。上述各部件依次配合设置。极板3上设有注液孔2,上绝缘片1、盖板4、下绝缘片5、环形垫片6和极耳延伸柄9上设有相应的通孔;极板3上还设有环注液孔2的凸台7,该凸台7依次穿过上绝缘片1、盖板4、下绝缘片5、环形垫片6和极耳延伸柄9,其端部8向外翻折将上述组件连接在一起。凸台7内壁的轴向剖面为台阶状,使得其端部8形成较薄的侧壁,方便铆接。盖板4上配合上绝缘片1的位置呈沉头孔状,方便上绝缘片1和极板3的装配,有效改善密封性能、减小盖板组件厚度。
上述实施例中凸台采用台阶状内壁来减小端部的厚度,也可以采用其它上厚下薄的形状,例如喇叭状,此外,为方便端部的翻折和铆接,也可以采用在端部上设置轴向缺口的方法。此外,环形垫片可以设置在极耳延伸柄之上也可以设置在其下方,甚至上下同时设置,主要是为了避免铆接对极耳延伸柄和下绝缘垫片的损伤,防止短路。
实施例二、一种锂离子电池,如图5所示,包括铝质电池壳体11、电芯、电解液(未在图中画出)和盖板组件。电芯和电解液收纳于电池壳体11中,电芯由正极片12、隔膜13以及负极片14卷绕而成,盖板组件具有实施例一中所述的结构。电芯中引出的极耳10与盖板组件中的极耳延伸柄9焊接,盖板组件中的盖板4与壳体11上端焊接,密封塞15封堵注液孔2。
上述实施例虽仅为圆形盖板组件与圆柱形电池,但类似机构的方形电池盖板组件、方形电池同样适用;另外,在上述实施例中盖板与壳体连接采用焊接,当然传统地将壳体辊压出台阶,翻边封口也可实现;本实用新型的保护范围应以权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1、一种锂离子电池盖板组件,包括依次配合的极板、上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,所述极板上设有注液孔,所述盖板和上、下绝缘片上设有相应的通孔,其特征在于:所述极板上还设有环注液孔的凸台,该凸台依次穿过上绝缘片、盖板和下绝缘片,其端部向外翻折将上述组件连接在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:所述凸台的端部设有轴向缺口。
3、如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:所述凸台的壁厚从位于极板的根部到端部呈减小趋势。
4、如权利要求3所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:所述凸台内壁的轴向剖面呈台阶状或喇叭状。
5、如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:所述盖板上配合上绝缘片的位置呈沉头孔状。
6、如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:还包括极耳延伸柄,其上设有通孔,所述凸台穿过下绝缘片后还穿设所述极耳延伸柄上的通孔。
7、如权利要求5所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:还包括极耳延伸柄,其上设有通孔,所述凸台穿过下绝缘片后还穿设所述极耳延伸柄上的通孔。
8、如权利要求6所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:还包括环形垫片,设置在下绝缘片与极耳延伸柄之间或极耳延伸柄下方,所述凸台还穿设所述环形垫片。
9、如权利要求7所述的锂离子电池盖板组件,其特征在于:还包括环形垫片,设置在下绝缘片与极耳延伸柄之间或极耳延伸柄下方,所述凸台还穿设所述环形垫片。
10、一种锂离子电池,包括电池壳体和容纳于其中的电芯和电解液,其特征在于:所述电池壳体采用上述任意一项权利要求所述的锂离子电池盖板组件进行封装。
