Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,包含管接头、芯体、挡圈、密封圈、压力套等部件,挡圈环套在管接头芯体端部的端部凹槽内,密封圈套入芯体上开设的密封槽内,压力套卡合在挡圈内,挡圈具有入口槽和与入口槽相连且内径大于入口槽的定位环槽;压力套的端部具有一扩展部,该扩展部的大径端的外径尺寸介于挡圈的入口槽和定位环槽的内径尺寸之间。本实用新型中压力套和挡圈对中性好、压力套固定性好,操作简单,适于工业上推广应用。

Description

一种钳压式金属管件连接装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及金属管件连接装置技术领域,尤其是一种铝塑复合管用的钳压式金属管件连接装置。
背景技术
随着铝塑复合管应用范围的不断推广,对管件连接装置的研究也越来越多。德国专利DE199856999A1披露了一种管道的连接装置,该连接装置中,压力套借助一个环状配件被固定在配合件上。压力套的内壁末端置于配合件的肩部,这样压力套也可长期与配合件的支撑套保持较为准确的同轴。但这种装置中压力套(通常为钢或铜等金属)和配合件直接接触,容易造成不同金属间的电化学腐蚀。另申请人于2002年取得中国实用新型专利权的ZL01274991中也公开了一种钳压式金属管件,该管件包含挡圈等技术特征,但是挡圈结构不能保证压力套和挡圈具有良好的对中性以及稳定性,在安装过程中压力套和挡圈容易脱离,给安装造成阻力和不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种压力套和挡圈对中性好、压力套固定性好的一种钳压式金属管件连接装置。
本实用新型采用如下的技术方案来实现的:一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,包含管接头、芯体、挡圈、密封圈、压力套等部件,挡圈环套在管接头芯体端部的端部凹槽内,密封圈套入芯体上开设的密封槽内,压力套卡合在挡圈内,所述挡圈具有入口槽和与所述入口槽相连且内径大于所述入口槽的定位环槽;所述压力套的端部具有一扩展部,该扩展部的大径端的外径尺寸介于所述挡圈的入口槽和定位环槽的内径尺寸之间。
本实用新型中,由于挡圈和压力套间采用紧配合,保证两者在安装时具有良好的对中性,且压力套固定性好,在安装管件时也不会产生偏移等不良因素。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的一种实施例一种钳压式金属管件连接装置包含如下部件:
管接头10,管接头10的芯体11末端开有一端部凹槽113,该端部凹槽113相连一喇叭状扩展凸块114的大径端1141,该大径端1141为芯体11的最大外径端,芯体11的两端中间开有两个密封槽111、112,分别为第一密封槽111和第二密封槽112,这两个密封槽111、112将芯体11分成长短不等的三段,第一密封槽111至芯体11自由端这段芯体外径为波纹形,其余段芯体外径为锯齿状;
挡圈12,该挡圈12依次开有一级环槽121、二级环槽122、定位环槽123及入口槽124,其内径从小到大依次为:一级环槽121、二级环槽122、入口槽124、定位环槽123,扩展凸块114的大径端1141的外径介于一级环槽121和二级环槽122内径之间,该挡圈12可采用塑料或橡胶等高分子材料制成;
密封圈14,密封圈14为相同的两个,分别与密封槽111、112相配合;
压力套13,该压力套13的端部具有一扩展部131,扩展部131呈喇叭状,该扩展部131的大径端1311的外径介于定位环槽123和入口槽124之间。压力套13可采用不锈钢或铜等金属材料。
作为本实施例的一种变换,芯体11的外径可为波纹状、锯齿状或迷宫式,也可以为以上两者或两者以上的任意组合。
安装时,将挡圈12固定在管接头10的端部凹槽113内,由于芯体11扩展凸块114的大径端1141的外径介于挡圈12的一级环槽121和二级环槽122内径之间,当用力将挡圈12推进芯体11端部的端部凹槽113内,挡圈12便很难从端部凹槽113内取出。挡圈12的一级环槽121和端部凹槽113之间为间隙配合,挡圈12装入芯体11上可以有一定范围的自由活动,从而可以自动调整压力套13与芯体11同轴度,消除各配合件在制造过程中产生的偏差的影响,减少管材***时的安装阻力。
压力套13具有一扩展部131,该扩展部131和挡圈12的入口槽124间为紧配合,和定位环槽123之间为过盈配合。因此,当压力套13卡入挡圈12后,由于入口槽124的作用,压力套13便被定位在挡圈12中,并能保证足够的强度和稳定性。
管材***管件后,在外部用力钳压压力套13,压力套13变形,卡紧管材,由于芯体11的结构,使得管材受力后紧扣住芯体11。又由于两个密封圈14分别卡合在密封槽111、112内,即使在温差变化较大的场所使用该金属管件连接装置,也不会出现泄漏等现象。
本实用新型可应用于任何一端或一端以上的直通、弯头、三通管件。

Claims (4)

1、一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,包含管接头(10)、芯体(11)、挡圈(12)、密封圈(14)、压力套(13)等部件,挡圈(12)环套在管接头(10)芯体(11)端部的端部凹槽(113)内,密封圈(14)套入芯体(11)上开设的密封槽内,压力套(13)卡合在挡圈(12)内,其特征在于:所述挡圈(12)具有入口槽(124)和与所述入口槽(124)相连且内径大于所述入口槽(124)的定位环槽(123);所述压力套(13)的端部具有一扩展部(131),该扩展部(131)的大径端(1311)的外径尺寸介于所述挡圈(12)的入口槽(124)和定位环槽(123)的内径尺寸之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,其特征在于:所述扩展部(131)呈喇叭状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,其特征在于:所述密封槽为两个,所述密封圈(14)也为两个。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的一种钳压式金属管件连接装置,其特征在于:所述芯体(11)第一密封槽(111)至芯体(11)自由端为波纹形,其余芯体(11)部为锯齿状。
