技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于支撑轴在其上转动的轴承。
背景技术
本实用新型是针对装在一个旋转轴上的带有锁紧套的轴承的装配问题而提出的。
现有的应用锁紧套的轴承,其装配方式会产生过量的噪音和震动或者会将所装的轴擦伤。为了解决这些问题,采用了许多方法。其中一个办法是使用有槽的指销,或者轴向延伸,从轴承的内圈引出。这些指销在他们的外端末尾内侧开槽以形成指销末端翘起。锁紧套吻合指销翘起的部分,在锁紧套安装并缩紧后促使指销向轴弯曲。以前的这种结构有一个缺点就是需要在指销上开槽,这样会削弱指销强度甚至由于过紧而导致其折断。
另一种轴承装配方法是使用不开槽的指销,带一个由一个大的内径和一个小的内径形成的锁紧套,大的内径放放置在不开槽的指销上但不接触指销,而锁紧套的小的内径与指销外端啮合,当锁紧全被缩紧时,压迫指销外端与轴相抵。但是,锁紧套容易被错误地安装在指销相反的方向,即较小的内径被安置在指销的底部,它会对指销底部产生一个意想不到的剪切力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有产品存在的上述缺陷,提供一种轴承总成。为此,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:
一种轴承总成,包含一个装在轴上的内圈,一个与所述的内圈同心设置的外圈以及镶嵌在内、外圈之间的多个滚动体,其特征是所述的内圈一端轴向延伸出具有环状端壁的指销,一个可缩紧的环状锁紧套装在所述的指销圆周上,锁紧套有一个较大内径和一个较小的内径,较大内径轴向长度不超过指销轴向长度,较大内径的大小与指销吻合,较小内径与较大内径之间形成了一个环状的与指销外端的环状端壁相啮合的径向台阶,锁紧套上有一个紧固螺丝,可以通过调节螺丝使锁紧套较大的外径压缩指销使指销与轴很好地锁紧啮合。该方案的上述结构,可以确保指销的强度,且可以限制锁紧套较大内径对指销末端的覆盖,避免产生现有技术中的剪切力。

具体实施方式
图1、2所示的是一个安装在轴11(虚线显示部分)上的轴承总成。该轴承总成包括同轴设置的一个外圈1和一个内圈2,内、外圈上对应的槽中由保持架4保持若干弹子3作为滚动体,按照常规,该轴承总成可以包含一个贯穿外圈的润滑通道1a。环状密封圈5、挡圈6可以被压缩在内、外圈之间来密封弹子。但是,该些结构可以应用于其它类型的没有润滑通道或挡圈和密封圈的轴承上。内圈一端有一段减小厚度的轴向延伸段,在这个轴向延伸段上开设的槽形成指销2a。
为了保护旋转轴上的轴承总成,需要一个锁紧套7:锁紧套7套在指销2a上,当锁紧套缩紧时迫使指销2a紧靠旋转轴11。
锁紧套7是可以松紧的,因为其上有一个沿直径延伸的间隙7d,间隙的一侧有一个光滑通道,这个通道与间隙另一侧带螺纹的通道在一直线上。一个凹口可以容纳装在锁紧套上带帽螺钉9。带帽螺钉的螺纹穿过光滑通道与螺纹通道相接合,这样通过带帽螺钉缩减间隙7d可以使锁紧套缩紧。
锁紧套上有一个轴向孔,这个孔有一个较大的直径7c和一个较小的直径7a,大、小直径被一个径向的环状台阶7b分开,较大直径的轴向长度可以变化,从而改变锁紧套覆盖指销的量,这样可以调整锁紧套和指销之间的支撑接触面积和位置。
当锁紧套7被装在内圈轴向延伸段的指销2a上时,径向的环状台阶7b与指销环状端壁2b相抵触。锁紧套较大外径与指销外端附近吻合,由此压迫指销外端与轴紧紧靠拢。锁紧套的环状台阶既决定了锁紧套在内圈轴向延伸段上的位置,也决定了锁紧套与指销外端的延伸段的吻合。
Claims (2)
1、一种轴承总成,包含一个内圈(2),一个与所述的内圈同心设置的外圈(1)以及镶嵌在内、外圈之间的多个滚动体(3),其特征是所述的内圈(2)一端轴向延伸出具有环状端壁(2b)的指销(2a),一个可缩紧的环状锁紧套(7)装在所述的指销(2a)圆周上,锁紧套(7)有一个较大内径(7c)和一个较小的内径(7a),较大内径轴向长度不超过指销轴向长度,较大内径的大小与指销吻合,较小内径(7a)与较大内径(7c)之间形成了一个环状的与指销外端的环状端壁(2b)相啮合的径向台阶(7b),锁紧套(7)上有一个紧固螺丝(9),可以通过调节螺丝使锁紧套较大的外径压缩指销使指销与轴很好地锁紧啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴承总成,其特征是所述的较大内径的轴向长度小于指销的轴向长度。
