本实用新型涉及的是一种机电锁定机构，尤其是电磁铁的锁定机构，适用于开关锁具类产品中。
背景技术
传统的机电锁定机构包括有外套、转动体及安装在转动体内的电磁铁和销子、弹簧等；销子的上部有弹簧并向下压紧于销子，使销子的前端部紧贴于横置于转动体轴中心的电磁铁铁芯上，铁芯在移动过程中受到阻力，因而其运动有时会失灵，同时还会造成电磁铁的耗能增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足，而提供一种结构简单、合理、紧凑，电磁铁铁芯移动灵活，耗电量少的电磁铁锁定机构。该锁定机构主要由外套、转动体及安装在转动体内的电磁铁和销子、弹簧组成，所述的转动体内径向设置的销子槽中安装有销子，该销子的下段套入有顶压其向上移动的弹簧，上端部伸入在外套内壁上设置的凹缘槽孔中。
所述的转动体轴中心安装有电磁铁支架，支架内放置有一根端部有弹簧的电磁铁铁芯，支架的外圈设置有电磁铁线圈，电磁铁铁芯的外侧端位于销子的下方并可轴向移动。
本实用新型属于对现有技术的改进，它具有结构简单、合理、紧凑，电磁铁铁芯移动灵活，耗电量少等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍：附图中所示，本实用新型主要由外套1、转动体2及安装在转动体内的电磁铁和销子7、弹簧8组成，所述的转动体内径向设置的销子槽9中安装有销子7，该销子7的下段套入有顶压其向上移动的弹簧8，上端部伸入在外套1内壁上设置的凹缘槽孔10中。
所述的转动体2轴中心安装有电磁铁支架4，支架4内放置有一根端部有弹簧5的电磁铁铁芯6，支架4的外圈设置有电磁铁线圈3，电磁铁铁芯6的外侧端位于销子7的下方并可轴向移动。
在通常状态下，如图1所示，外套1和转动体2之间因销子7卡住，不能自由作相对转动，机构被锁住。当接通电源时，电磁铁吸合，铁芯6向左运动，电磁铁支架右端留出空间，如图2所示，此时转动转动体2时，外套1上方的凹缘槽孔10压下销子7，如附图3所示，使销子向下运动，并全部进入转动体内，这时转动体2和外套1能自由相对转动。

1、一种电磁铁锁定机构，它主要由外套、转动体及安装在转动体内的电磁铁和销子、弹簧组成，其特征在于所述的转动体(2)内径向设置的销子槽(9)中安装有销子(7)，该销子(7)的下段套入有顶压其向上移动的弹簧(8)，上端部伸入在外套(1)内壁上设置的凹缘槽孔(10)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁铁锁定机构，其特征在于所述的转动体(2)轴中心安装有电磁铁支架(4)，支架(4)内放置有一根端部有弹簧(5)的电磁铁铁芯(6)，支架(4)的外圈设置有电磁铁线圈(3)，电磁铁铁芯(6)的外侧端位于销子(7)的下方并可轴向移动。
