Abstract

一种超小型超薄转换器,包括:壳体(1),散热装置(2),印刷电路板(6),以及布置于印刷电路板(6)上的转换电路和风机,该印刷电路板(6)与壳体(1)之间在出风口(12)对侧留有一定空间,印刷电路板(6)在壳体(1)内分隔出上下两条风道;该风机(3)从轴向进风,垂直于轴向出风,风机(3)吸入的空气在印刷电路板(6)下方分成两路分别沿上下两条风道到达侧面的出风口(12)。功率电子开关(4)、变压器(5)设置于印刷电路板(6)两侧的风道之中。通过上述设计,本实用新型超小型超薄转换器厚度大大减小,提高了散热效率,从而实现小型化,大功率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转换器,尤指一种超小型超薄转换器。
背景技术
***行于印刷电路板更占用很大空间,从而导致转换器的厚度很厚,体积庞大。现代生活追求快捷方便,超小型超薄的转换器为消费者所期待,发明人针对习用的转换器的缺陷做出了改进。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种超小型超薄转换器,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种超小型超薄转换器,其包括:壳体,散热装置,印刷电路板,以及布置于印刷电路板上的转换电路和风机。该电路包括:电源输入装置,过流保护装置,输入滤波装置,功率电子开关,控制电路,变压器,高压整流滤波装置,高压电子开关和输出连接件,上述装置分别通过电路连接,印刷电路板在变压器、风机安装处镂空,变压器、风机镶嵌在内。壳体上下两侧设置有散热装置,该散热装置紧贴功率电子开关。其特征在于:该印刷电路板与壳体之间在出风口对侧留有一定空间,印刷电路板在壳体内分隔出上下两条风道;该风机从轴向进风,垂直于轴向出风,风机吸入的空气在印刷电路板下方分成两路分别沿上下两条风道到达侧面的出风口。主要的散热元件功率电子开关以及变压器设置于印刷电路板两侧的风道之中。
通过上述设计,本实用新型超小型超薄转换器厚度大大减小,提高了散热效率,从而实现小型化,大功率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型详细说明如下:如图所示:壳体(1)中间设置有印刷电路板(6),上下设置有散热装置(2),转换电路布置于印刷电路板(6)的上下两侧,该转换电路包括:电源输入装置(图未绘出),过流保护装置(图未绘出),风机(3),输入滤波装置(图未绘出),功率电子开关(4),控制电路(图未绘出),变压器(5),高压整流滤波装置(图未绘出),高压电子开关(图未绘出)和输出连接件(图未绘出)。壳体(1)上侧与风机对应处开有进风口(11),一例开有出风口(12),出风口(12)的对侧在印刷电路板(6)与壳体(1)之间留有一定空间;印刷电路板(6)在变压器、风机安装处镂空,风机(3)轴向垂直于印刷电路板(6)镶嵌于对应镂空处,变压器(5)对应镶嵌于印刷电路板(6)镂空处,两只功率电子开关(4)分设于印刷电路板(6)上下两侧,并分别紧贴散热装置(2)。当转换器工作时,功率电子开关(4)开始发热,同时风机(3)开始工作,风机(3)从进风口(11)吸入空气,空气通过风机(3)在印刷电路板(6)下方被分成两路,一路向右从出风口(12)排出,途中带走下部散热装置(2)的热量,从而冷却下部功率电子开关(4);另一路向左经过印刷电路板(6)与壳体(1)留有的空间到达印刷电路板(6)的上方,再向右从出风口(12)排出,带走上部散热装置(2)的热量,从而冷却上部的功率电子开关(4)。同时上下两股气流冷却变压器(5)以及印刷电路板(6)两侧其他发热元件(图未绘出)。
本实用新型保护范围并不仅限于此实施例,凡本领域普通技术人员熟知的各种变换均落入保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种超小型超薄转换器,其包括:壳体(1),散热装置(2),印刷电路板(6),以及布置于印刷电路板上的转换电路和风机,其特征在于:该印刷电路板(6)与壳体(1)之间在出风口(12)对侧留有一定空间,印刷电路板(6)在壳体(1)内分隔出上下两条风道;该风机(3)从轴向进风,垂直于轴向出风,风机吸入的空气在印刷电路板(6)下方分成两路分别沿上下两条风道到达侧面的出风口(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的超小型超薄转换器,其特征在于:功率电子开关(4)设置于印刷电路板(6)上下两侧的风道之中。
3.如权利要求1所述的超小型超薄转换器,其特征在于:变压器(5)设置于印刷电路板(6)上下两侧的风道之中。
