Abstract
一种LED照明灯管,包括:透明管体、灯头、灯管电极脚、安装在透明管体与灯头连接处内侧的支座、灯头内侧的直流转换器、安装LED的PCB板及安装在上面的数个LED。数个LED串联或并联在安装LED的PCB板上,LED的个数根据光管的亮度来决定。所述灯头和灯管脚与普通灯管的国际标准相同,电流通过灯管脚进入直流转换器转换成直流电,为LED供电。所述透明管体由透明或透明材料制成,内侧加工有凹凸内层,便于光线的散射。该照明灯管可以直接替换目前的日光灯管或其它照明或装饰用灯管。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯管,尤其是一种用LED作为光源并可以取代普通日光灯管,用于照明的LED灯管。
背景技术
目前使用的日光灯管和其它照明灯管都是通过电流使管内灯丝受热,碰撞管内的氩气分子,氩气电离生热,热量使用水银产生蒸汽并发出强烈的紫外线,在紫外线的激发下,管壁内的荧光粉发出近乎白色的可见光。这种日光灯管的使用寿命较短,灯丝容易断,而且经常闪烁,影响人们的视力,使用一段时间后两端还经常会发黑,不能正常使用,另外,紫外线对人体会产生一定的辐射。LED(发光二极管)具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点,属于节能的绿色环保照明,但目前LED极少用于普通照明,更未将其用于普通日光灯管中。
实用新型内容
为解决上述难题,克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型旨在提供一种使用LED作为光源的、可以用于普通照明的高光通量、高光效的长寿高光超节能LED照明灯管,该灯管可以直接替代普通日光灯管及其它照明或装饰用灯管,无需更换其它设备。
本实用新型的另一个目的是解决LED灯的散光问题,以便于有效地利用具有高光通量的LED。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型包括:透明管体、灯头、灯管电极脚、安装在透明管体与灯头连接处内侧的支座、灯头内侧的直流转换器、安装LED的PCB板及安装在上面的数个LED。数个LED串联或并联在安装LED的PCB板上,LED的个数根据光管的亮度来决定,按照普通100W灯管的亮度,透明管体内需要安装120粒LED,但耗电仅为7W-8W。LED有不同颜色进行选择,可以按要求在透明管体内安装不同颜色的LED,发出不同颜色的光。另外,也可以将LED芯片直接加工到PCB板的表面,直接由芯片发光。
所述灯头和灯管电极脚均与普通灯管的国际标准相同,电流通过灯管电极脚进入直流转换器转换成直流电,为LED供电。
所述直流转换器安装在一端的灯头的内侧,直流转换器的电源输入端与灯(电极)管脚连接,电流经转换成直流电后接通LED的供电线路,LED发光,整个灯管发亮。也可以在两端的灯头内侧分别安装直流转换器,进入直流转换器的电源经转换后分别为一定数量的LED提供电源。
所述的安装LED的PCB板的两端分别固定在两侧的支座6上。
本实用新型的另一实施例是,透明管体与一金属基座加工成一体,直流转换器直接安装在金属基座中,安装LED的PCB板加工在金属基座上,直流转换器直接与电源线相连。
本实用新型的另一特征在于,透明管体由玻璃或其它透明或半透明材料制成,可以起到防潮和保护LED4的作用,同时透明材料透光度高,可以获得稳定、均匀的照明光源;为了便于光的散射,所述的透明灯管管体的内侧加工有凹凸内层,外侧为光滑的管体表面,采用这种方式后,LED发出的光可以通过凹凸不平的凹凸内层将光线散射到不同的角度,获得均匀的照明,同时解决了LED灯光束集中、角度窄的问题,增大了LED灯管发光的角度,达到了普通照明光源的要求。
采用本实用新型后,由于将LED安装在透明管体内,直接由LED提供光源,实现了高光通量、高光效的目的,不需要像普通日光灯一样在管体内装上灯丝、涂上荧光粉等,也不需要借助紫外线来发光,避免了辐射,而且LED具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、抗冲击以及低功耗等优点,是未来照明市场的必然趋势,另外,本实用新型制成的产品与目前的灯管结构相同,无需更换其它设备,只需更换灯管即可,可用其取代目前的普通灯管。
本实用新型的目的、特征及优点将通过实施例结合附图进行详细说明。

具体实旅方式
参照图1、图2,本实用新型LED照明灯管包括:透明管体1、灯头2、灯管电极脚3、安装在透明管体1与灯头2连接处内侧的支座6、灯头2内侧的直流转换器7、安装LED的PCB板5及安装在上面的数个LED4。多个LED4串联或并联在安装LED的PCB板5上,LED4的个数根据光管的亮度来决定,按照普通100W灯管的亮度,透明管体内需要安装120粒LED,但耗电仅为7W-8W。LED4有不同颜色进行选择,可以按要求在透明管体1内安装不同颜色的LED4,发出不同颜色的光。另外,也可以将LED芯片直接加工到PCB板的表面,直接由芯片发光。
参照图2A、图4,直流转换器7安装在一端的灯头2的内侧,直流转换器7的电源输入端与灯管电极脚3连接,电流经转换成直流电后接通LED4的电路,LED4发光,整个灯管发亮。图2B中,直流转换器7可以分别安装在两端的灯头2.的内侧,进入直流转换器7的电源经转换后分别为一定数量的LED4提供电源。
参照图2,所述的安装LED的PCB板5的两端分别固定在两侧的支座6上。
图3是本实用新型的另一实施例的示意图,透明管体1与一金属基座8加工成一体,直流转换器7直接安装在金属基座8中,安装LED的PCB板5加工在金属基座8上,直流转换器7的电源输入端直接与电源线9相连,电源输出端与LED4的电路相连。
参照图1、图5,透明管体1由玻璃或其它透明或半透明材料制成,可以起到防潮和保护LED4的作用,同时透明材料透光度高,可以获得稳定、均匀的照明光源;所述的透明灯管1管体的内侧加工有凹凸内层11,外侧为光滑的管体表面,采用这种方式后,LED4发出的光可以通过凹凸不平的凹凸内层11将光线散射到不同的角度,获得均匀的照明,同时解决了LED灯光束集中、角度窄的问题,增大了LED灯管发光的角度,达到了普通照明光源的要求。
显然,以上诸实施例仅供说明本实用新型之用,而非对本实用新型的限制,有关领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的技术范围作出的各种变换或变化也应属于本实用新型的保护范畴。本实用新型结构和材料要求都有非常简单,易于大规模生产,符合照明行业的发展趋势,可以取代目前的日光灯管和其它照明灯管。
Claims (6)
1、一种LED照明灯管,包括透明管体(1)、灯头(2)、灯管电极脚(3)、安装在透明管体(1)与灯头(2)连接处内侧的支座(6)、灯头(2)内侧的直流转换器(7)、安装LED的PCB板(5)及LED(4),其特征是:
所述的多个LED(4)串联或并联在安装LED的PCB板(5)上;
所述的安装LED的PCB板(5)的两端分别固定在两侧的支座(6)上;
所述直流转换器(7)的电源输入端与灯管电极脚(3)连接,电流经转换成直流电后接通LED(4)的电路。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于:所述直流转换器(7)安装在一侧的灯头(2)中或分别安装在两侧的灯头(2)中。
3、一种LED照明灯管,包括透明管体(1)、灯头(2)、LED(4)、安装LED的PCB板(5)、直流转换器(7)、金属基座(8),其特征在于:
所述透明管体(1)与金属基座(8)加工成一体;
所述安装LED的PCB板(5)加工在金属基座(8)上,LED(4)串联或并联在安装LED的PCB板(5)上;
所述直流转换器(7)直接安装在金属基座(8)中,直流转换器(7)的电源输入端直接与电源线(9)相连,输出端与LED(4)的电路相连。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于:透明管体(1)由玻璃或其它透明或半透明材料制成。
5、根据权利要求1或3所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于:所述的透明灯管(1)管体的内侧加工有凹凸内层(11),外侧为光滑的管体表面。
6、根据权利要求1或3所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于:还可以直接将LED的发光芯片取代LED直接加工到安装LED的PCB板(5)上。
