Abstract

本发明超级节能LED路灯,由灯杆、灯具和光源组成。采用了多点、分层、精准照射技术,其灯杆上的光源是多个分散、分层设置的小角度LED,每个LED照射角度精准定位,各自照射一块路面,且连片照亮一段路面。所用的LED为功率1-3瓦,光束发射角为15°-65°的小角度LED,每个LED均配有散热器。灯杆上的灯具为两层以上的多层,从灯杆顶端往下分层设置。本发明具有电量消耗低、性能稳定、寿命长、无污染、使用简单等优点。特别是节能效果巨大,仅为现有路灯光源的1/8,确实是一种超级节能路灯,其结构简单,易安装,投资少,应用范围广,很有发展推广前景。

超级节能LED路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及电器照明,具体而言,是一种置于道路旁的照明路灯。
背景技术
城市道路的照明路灯是重要的公共设施。国标规定不同级别的道路有相应的照度标准。为了有效地在夜间照亮路面,就要求路灯有足够的功率和亮度。随着道路的等级和宽度的提高,对路灯光源的功率及亮度要求越来越高。因此,人们一直在努力改进光源,提高其亮度,光源功率亦随之越来越大。目前,路灯光源已由白炽灯逐步发展到卤钨灯、高压汞灯、高压钠灯、金属卤化物灯等各种新型光源。这些新型电光源虽然亮度高,但功率亦大,耗电大大增加,且现有光源的光束大多为360°球面发散形成泛光照明。有的虽然设有反光罩,其光束是经过反射折射后再指向需要照亮的路面,光效损失很大,很不适应环保节能的要求。因此,要想大幅度节约能源,就必须彻底改变路灯照明***。近期,发光二极管LED作为一种新光源越来越受到人们的关注。LED发光二极管作为一种电致发光光源,既不同于白炽灯,卤钨灯等高热辐射光源,亦不同于荧光灯、高压钠灯等气体放电光源,它是电致发光光源。其基本工作原理是利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,当两端加上电压,半导体中的载流子发生复合引起光子发射而产生光,所发出的光是非辐射光、光色纯正、光束集中、显色指数高、温度特性好,具有电量消耗低、性能稳定、寿命长、无污染、使用简单等优点。现已有1瓦以上的LED,光通量达到每瓦80Lm,发射出的光束发散角一般为90°-140°,其性价比在道路照明领域已经进入了可以大规模实际应用的阶段。但是目前LED的单个功率有限,成熟稳定的产品只能做到几瓦,将其用于道路照明,需要探索新的照明模式,科学设计路灯结构,改泛光照明为定向照明,以发挥LED的特长,追求最佳的节能照明效果。
发明内容
本发明超级节能LED路灯,由灯杆、灯具和光源组成,采用了多点、分层、精准定位照射技术。其灯杆上的光源是多个分散、分层设置的小角度LED,每个LED照射角度精准定位,各自照射一块路面,且连片照亮一段路面。所用的LED为功率1-3瓦,光束发射角为15°-65°的小角度LED,每个LED均配有散热器。灯杆上的灯具为两层以上的多层,从灯杆顶端往下分层设置。经实验,在一个6米高的灯杆上,从灯杆顶往下分为4层安装32只功率1瓦、发射角分别为15°和30°的LED,每层8只LED,每只LED各自精准定位,照亮一块路面,并且连片照亮一段30×12米路面,经测量,路面中心照度高于35Lx,均匀度>0.4,完全符合国标主干路照明标准。而所用光源耗电仅为32瓦。如采用高压钠灯,光功率则需要250瓦。称本发明为超级节能毫不为过,如果广泛采用本发明,其节能效果难以计量。本发明结构简单,易安装,投资少,应用范围广,极具推广前景。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在6米高的灯杆1上,从灯杆1顶端往下设置4层灯具2,每层灯具有8只LED3每只LED照射角度精准定位,其光束照亮一块路面,且连片照亮30米长、12米宽的一段路面。如需要提高均匀度,可考虑在高层增设LED,多只LED指向同一块路面。

Claims (3)

1.超级节能LED路灯,由灯杆.灯具和光源组成,其特征在于采用了多点、分层、精准定位照射技术,即灯杆(1)上的光源(3)是多个分散、分层设置的小角度LED,每个LED的照射角度精准定位,各自照射一块路面,连片照亮一段路面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超级节能LED路灯,其特征在于所说的小角度LED为单个功率1-3瓦,光束发射角为15°-65°,每个LED均配有散热器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超级节能LED路灯,其特征在于所说的灯杆上的灯具(2)为两层以上的多层,从灯杆(1)顶端往下、分层设置。
