Abstract

一种用于建筑物的通风结构。它包括一个封闭结构,其具有空气入口和空气出口,在靠近空气入口处安装有至少一排喷水装置。在喷水装置的一侧安装有空气滤网,其用于滤掉空气中的灰尘。该空气滤网为折叠结构,用于扩大进风面积。在空气滤网的一侧具有一挡水基,用于阻挡喷水装置所喷出的水外流,使喷出的水被蓄起用于循环使用。该挡水基的高度足以阻挡水外流,但同时不会影响空气流通。在空气出口处安装有另一空气滤网,用于进一步过滤空气。本实用新型的通风结构简单,耗电量小,与使用空调进行处理相比,本实用新型的省电量可达50%~95%,而且空气可降低6~9℃。经过处理的空气质量佳,特别适合于面积较大的厂房和公共场所。

【背景技术】
在建筑物的封闭空间中,通常是通过空调来提供无尘的冷空气。但是通过空调提供无尘的冷空气费电量大,在较大的厂房和公共场所情况更是严重。而且灰尘会积于空调的网格上,需要定期清洗,浪费人力。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耗电少的通风结构,它可提供无尘的冷空气。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:上述通风结构包括一封闭结构,其具有空气入口和空气出口,在靠近空气入口处安装有至少一排喷水装置,在喷水装置的一侧安装有空气滤网。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:上述空气滤网为折叠结构。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:在上述空气滤网的一侧具有一挡水基。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:在上述空气出口处安装有另一空气滤网。
本实用新型的通风结构简单,耗电量小,与使用空调进行处理相比,本实用新型的省电量可达50%~95%,而且空气可降低6~9℃。经过处理的空气质量佳,特别适合于面积较大的厂房和公共场所。而且在通风结构中可形成流通气流,可使使用该通风结构的场所空气流通,可将使用该通风结构的场所中形成的灰尘和异味排掉,此效果是使用空调进行冷却的方法所不具有的。

【具体实施方式】
请一并参阅图1和图2,本实用新型的通风结构包括一个封闭结构10,其具有空气入口100和空气出口102,在靠近空气入口100处安装有至少一排喷水装置20,例如花撒喷头。该喷水装置20可形成喷撒效果的水珠,使水雾化,增加水珠与空气接触总面积,用于除去从空气入口100进入的空气的灰尘,并使空气冷却。在喷水装置20的一侧安装有空气滤网30,其用于滤掉空气中的灰尘。该空气滤网30为折叠结构,用于扩大进风面积。在空气滤网30的一侧具有一挡水基40,用于阻挡喷水装置20所喷出的水外流,使喷出的水被蓄起用于循环使用。该挡水基40的高度足以阻挡水外流,但同时不会影响空气流通。在空气出口102处安装有另一空气滤网50,用于进一步过滤空气。
请参阅图3,本实用新型的另一实施例的结构与上述实施例的结构基本相同,所不同之处在于,空气滤网30安装于挡水基60之上,该挡水基60可用于阻挡水外流。
使用时,用抽风机进行抽风,使空气通过封闭结构10的空气入口100和空气出口102,启动喷水装置20,使水流喷出,对空气进行冷却和除尘。冷却的空气再通过空气滤网30,40,以进一步除尘。经过本实用新型的通风结构处理的空气,即为无尘的冷空气。

1.一种用于建筑物的通风结构,其特征在于:它包括一封闭结构(10),其具有空气入口(100)和空气出口(102),在靠近空气入口(100)处安装有至少一排喷水装置(20),在喷水装置(20)的一侧安装有空气滤网(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通风结构,其特征在于:上述空气滤网(30)为折叠结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通风结构,其特征在于:在上述空气滤网(30)的一侧具有一挡水基(40)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通风结构,其特征在于:在上述空气出口(102)处安装有另一空气滤网(50)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的通风结构,其特征在于:上述空气滤网(30)安装于一挡水基(60)之上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的通风结构,其特征在于:上述喷水装置(20)为花撒喷头。
