Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种异向旋转的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机。它包括机座、减速机、齿轮传动箱、喂料体、料斗锥型喂料螺杆和螺杆罩,其特征是减速机为摆线针轮减速机,其输出端设置小链轮;锥型喂料螺杆为由主动锥型喂料螺杆和被动锥型喂料螺杆组成的异向锥型喂料双螺杆,其轴线夹角为11°,其上分别设置互相啮合的锥齿轮,在主动锥型喂料螺杆的一端设置大链轮,大链轮与小链轮间设置双排滚子链条;齿轮传动箱水平向下倾斜20°固定在机座上;喂料体后端与齿轮传动箱连接,前端与螺杆罩连接,喂料体上设置料斗。异向锥型喂料双螺杆对团状物料进行咬料、分散、混炼、泵送实现强制喂料,其性能完全能够满足双螺杆挤出机的配套需要。

Description

锥型双螺杆团状喂料机
                          技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料或高分子材料的塑料加工机械。具体地说是一种异向锥型双螺杆团状喂料机。
                          背景技术
目前,同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机及其组合,在高分子材料领域,对塑胶的改性、造粒方面起到了一定的作用。但对高填充色母粒、高填充物料(含量达到:碳酸钙80%以上、碳黑40%以上)造粒时粒料表面比较粗糙,产量比较低,且物料的分散性、拉力、伸长率、V字冲击力等物理指标都达不到理想的标准;有一定的局限性。新工艺“融体剪切”倍受关注。
单螺杆往复式挤出造粒机虽有很好的分散性和融体剪切,因技术问题依赖进口价格昂贵、配套和使用要求高难以推广。加压式捏炼机的配混性、分散性和融体剪切很好,但它不能造粒。
推广新工艺“融体剪切”问题的关键在于:把加压式捏炼机混合、分散、捏炼、塑化后的团状物料完成挤出成型、造粒的工艺过程;团状物料无法进入现有的同向平行双螺杆挤出造粒机及其组合。
                          发明内容
为了改善上述存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进的技术方案,提供一种异向的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机。
本实用新型提供的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,包括机座、减速机、齿轮传动箱、喂料体、料斗、锥型喂料螺杆和螺杆罩,其特征是减速机为摆线针轮减速机,固定在机座上,其输出端设置小链轮;锥型喂料螺杆安装在齿轮传动箱内,为异向锥型喂料双螺杆,一根为主动锥型喂料螺杆,另一根为被动锥型喂料螺杆,主动锥型喂料螺杆和被动锥型喂料螺杆上分别设置互相啮合的锥齿轮,在主动锥型喂料螺杆的一端设置大链轮,大链轮与小链轮间设置双排滚子链条;异向锥型喂料双螺杆的端部设置螺杆罩;喂料体后端与齿轮传动箱连接,前端与螺杆罩连接,喂料体上设置料斗;摆线针轮减速机通过双排滚子链条传动驱动齿轮传动箱内的两个相互啮合的锥齿轮传动,锥齿轮传动使异向锥型双螺杆达到向内侧同步异向旋转的目的。
所述的异向锥型喂料双螺杆,其轴线夹角为11°。
所述的齿轮传动箱水平向下倾斜20°固定在机座上。
所说的异向锥型喂料双螺杆分别通过轴承组与齿轮传动箱的输入端(即后端)连接,轴承组由两个推力圆柱滚子轴承和一个圆柱滚子轴承组成;异向锥型喂料双螺杆与齿轮传动箱的输出端(即前端)连接处分别设置衬套。
所述的喂料体后端通过后盖板与齿轮传动箱连接,前端通过前盖板与螺杆罩连接。
所说的螺杆罩由上螺杆罩和下螺杆罩两部分组成。
本实用新型的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机具有以下的优点:
1)通过变频调速控制器——摆线针轮减速机减速——双排滚子链传动——锥齿轮传动——异向锥型喂料双螺杆向内侧同步异向旋转的传动方式。实现异向锥型喂料双螺杆转速的无级变速、喂料量的无级变速控制,充分满足双螺杆挤出机的配套需要。
2)采用双排滚子链传动确保原动力输出稳定可靠、速比传递准确。
3)异向锥型喂料双螺杆与齿轮传动箱间采用圆柱滚子轴承和衬套,承受异向锥型喂料双螺杆工作时产生的径向载荷;其推力滚柱轴承,承受异向锥型喂料双螺杆工作时产生的轴向载荷。
4)异向锥型喂料双螺杆根据啮合异向锥型双螺杆挤压***原理设计,采用高效异向双锥型双螺杆原理设计。其型式为:单头、特殊导程、双锥角型锥螺纹;主动和被动锥型喂料螺杆的单头锥型螺纹形状大小、特殊导程、大锥角相同但螺旋方向相反。在喂料体内对团状物料进行撕绞、咬料,并输送至螺杆罩内;在螺杆罩内,异向锥型喂料双螺杆对物料进一步分散、混合、混炼、塑化。锥螺纹特有的长径比、压缩比和直径由大变小的变化,使在螺杆罩内的异向锥型喂料双螺杆对物料进行压缩、增压、泵送,将物料输送至同向平行双螺杆挤出机特殊机筒内,实现强制喂料。
5)经过实际使用特别是本实用新型与同向平行双螺杆机、加压式捏炼机组合后,生产出来的物料各项物性指标(拉力、伸长率、V字冲击力)、分散性、产量、能耗比等效果非常理想,超越国内外同类机组生产水准。

                        具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及其附图作进一步的说明。
参见图1和图2。这是本实用新型锥型双螺杆团状喂料机的实施例。
摆线针轮减速机2固定在机座1上,其输出端设置小链轮3。异向锥型喂料双螺杆8的一端安装在齿轮传动箱6内,另一端设置螺杆罩21,通过螺杆罩21与特殊机筒15连接。齿轮传动箱6水平向下倾斜20°固定在机座1上。本实用新型的异向锥型喂料双螺杆8由两根异向的锥型喂料螺杆组成,即一根为主动锥型喂料螺杆19,另一根为被动锥型喂料螺杆20。主动锥型喂料螺杆19与被动锥型喂料螺杆20的轴线夹角为11°。两根异向锥型喂料螺杆上分别设置互相啮合的锥齿轮7,互相啮合的锥齿轮7设置在齿轮传动箱6内。主动锥型喂料螺杆19的一端设置大链轮5,大链轮5与小链轮3间设置双排滚子链条4;喂料体10后端通过后盖板9与齿轮传动箱6连接,前端通过前盖板11与螺杆罩21连接,喂料体10上设置料斗12。后盖板9、前盖板11主要起固定连接作用。
本实用新型的异向锥型喂料双螺杆(主动锥型喂料螺杆19与被动锥型喂料螺杆20)分别通过轴承组与齿轮传动箱6的后端即输入端连接,轴承组由两个推力圆柱滚子轴承16和一个圆柱滚子轴承17组成,轴承组的作用是有利于主动锥型喂料螺杆19与被动锥型喂料螺杆20的均匀旋转,同时还分别承受异向锥型喂料双螺杆工作时产生的径向载荷,推力圆柱滚柱轴承16分别承受异向锥型喂料双螺杆工作时产生的轴向载荷。主动锥型喂料螺杆19、被动锥型喂料螺杆20与齿轮传动箱6的前端(即输出端)连接处分别设置衬套18,其作用是利于主动锥型喂料螺杆19与被动锥型喂料螺杆20的定位和均匀旋转,同时也分别承受异向锥型喂料双螺杆工作时产生的径向载荷。
异向锥型喂料双螺杆8的前端部设置螺杆罩21,螺杆罩21由上螺杆罩14和下螺杆罩13两部分组成,可以方便打开以便观察、清理物料;同时通过上螺杆罩14和下螺杆罩13与特殊机筒15连接。
下述为本锥型双螺杆团状喂料机的简单工作过程:
1.接通电源:摆线针轮减速机2上电动机通电,变频调速控制器控制摆线针轮减速机2的转速;
2.摆线针轮减速机2驱动小链轮3转动,通过双排滚子链条4带动大链轮5旋转,双排滚子链条传动承载力很强动力传递、速比传递安全可靠;
3.大链轮5驱动主动锥型喂料螺杆19旋转,从而驱动齿轮传动箱6内的主动锥型喂料螺杆19上的锥齿轮7旋转,通过相互啮合的被动锥型喂料螺杆20上的锥齿轮7传动而带动被动锥型喂料螺杆20旋转,即两个锥齿轮7的啮合传动,使异向锥型喂料双螺杆8向内侧同步异向旋转;
4.将团状物料从料斗12倒入喂料体10内,团状物料即与异向锥型喂料双螺杆8接触;
5.同步向内侧旋转的异向锥型喂料双螺杆8首先对团状物料进行撕绞、咬料,然后将撕绞、咬下的物料输送至螺杆罩21内;
6.在螺杆罩21内,异向锥型喂料双螺杆8对物料进一步分散、混合、混炼、塑化;异向锥型喂料双螺杆8上的锥螺纹特有的长径比、压缩比和直径由大变小的变化,使在螺杆罩21内的异向锥型喂料双螺杆8对物料进行压缩、增压、泵送,并将物料输送至特殊机筒15内,并强行送至同向平行双螺杆挤出机,实现了强制喂料。

Claims (6)

1.锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,包括机座、减速机、齿轮传动箱、喂料体、料斗、锥型喂料螺杆和螺杆罩,其特征是减速机为摆线针轮减速机,固定在机座上,其输出端设置小链轮;锥型喂料螺杆安装在齿轮传动箱内,为异向锥型喂料双螺杆,一根为主动锥型喂料螺杆,另一根为被动锥型喂料螺杆,主动锥型喂料螺杆和被动锥型喂料螺杆上分别设置互相啮合的锥齿轮,在主动锥型喂料螺杆的一端设置大链轮,大链轮与小链轮间设置双排滚子链条;异向锥型喂料双螺杆的端部设置螺杆罩;喂料体后端与齿轮传动箱连接,前端与螺杆罩连接,喂料体上设置料斗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,其特征是所说的异向锥型喂料双螺杆,其轴线夹角为11°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,其特征是所说的齿轮传动箱水平向下倾斜20°固定在机座上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,其特征是所说的异向锥型喂料双螺杆分别通过轴承组与齿轮传动箱的后端连接,轴承组由两个推力圆柱滚子轴承和一个圆柱滚子轴承组成;异向锥型喂料双螺杆与齿轮传动箱的前端连接处分别设置衬套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,其特征是所说的喂料体后端通过后盖板与齿轮传动箱连接,前端通过前盖板与螺杆罩连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锥型双螺杆团状喂料机,其特征是所说的螺杆罩由上螺杆罩和下螺杆罩两部分组成。
