Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种紧凑型荧光灯包括芯柱,在芯柱上设有两根内导丝,阴极连接两根内导丝,在两根内导丝上分别焊有两根金属丝作为辅助阳极。当灯管的电极起阳极作用时辅助阳极减少电子、离子对阴极的轰击,提高灯管的光通维持率,并且保存了充足的发射材料,增长灯管的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种大功率紧凑型荧光灯。
背景技术
荧光灯的寿命与阴极有很大的关系,阴极的主要作用是提供灯管放电所必须的电子。阴极由灯丝与电子粉组成,电子粉是钙、锶、钡的三元碳酸盐和少量辅助物质的混合物在排气过程中分解为碱土金属氧化物的混合物而成为发射材料。从荧光灯设计原理可知,灯管直径和电流密度有一定的比例关系,同功率的灯,灯管直径越小,电流密度越大。紧凑型荧光灯的管径只有同功率普通荧光灯的一半,而大功率的紧凑型荧光灯的电流密度更大,因此电极受电子和离子的轰击较重,增加了发射材料的溅射,形成电极周围的早期黄黑,不仅影响灯管外观,增加光衰,而且由于发射材料的快速消耗,严重影响了灯管的寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种紧凑型荧光灯,提高灯管的光通维持率,并且保存了充足的发射材料,增长灯管的寿命。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计:在灯管的灯芯的阴极附近装上金属阳极。荧光灯工作时,当电极起阳极作用的半周时,能减少电子的轰击。
金属阳极主要作用是当灯管的电极起阳极作用时减少电子、离子对阴极的轰击,称为辅助阳极。它是改善大功率紧凑型荧光灯的光电性能,延长灯管寿命的一种工艺辅助装置,减少电子粉溅射,并降低灯丝的温度。溅射物的减少也就减轻了灯管的黑化,

具体实施方式
从图1中可以看到,紧凑型荧光灯包括芯柱1,在芯柱上设有两根内导丝2,阴极3连接两根内导丝2,在两根内导丝2上分别焊有两根金属丝作为辅助阳极4。
该金属阳极4在FDL27W、FML27W、FPL27W等大功率紧凑型荧光灯产品上应用,该产品管径16.5mm,是普通荧光灯的1/2倍,灯管电流0.61A,是普通荧光灯的1.5倍左右,各项性能有了很大的改善。灯管的早期发黑得到控制,光通量维持率提高10%,平均寿命延长12%。
