Abstract
紧凑型节能荧光灯,由玻璃管、荧光粉、灯丝和芯
柱组成。其结构特点是在灯丝前方有一根钛丝,钛丝
一端自由,另一端焊接在芯柱边杆上,钛丝的直径为
0.2至0.4毫米。因钛丝与灯丝一端同电位,不影响
热电子发射,但能抑制离子对灯丝的直接轰击,避免
灯丝上涂覆的电子粉溅射;钛丝因受离子轰击,经一
定时间后,钛丝发热溅出钛,能在玻管内壁形成钛膜,
该膜具有消气功能。故本产品有较长的使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型属于照明器件,涉及荧光灯的改进。
通常紧凑(小)型节能荧光灯,包括弯成不同形状的玻管,玻管内表面涂荧光粉,玻管两端封接上装有灯丝的芯柱。其工作原理与普通荧光灯相同,利用灯丝(氧化物阴极)发射热电子,诱发中性气体(氩)和汞汽的电离-复合过程,依靠汞原子复合过程放出波长λ为253.7纳米的紫外线去激发涂在玻管内表面的荧光粉,受激的荧光粉从高能级恢复到基态时,即以可见光形式释放出。但是目前的紧凑型节能荧光灯管的灯丝为钨丝外涂电子粉(碳酸钡锶钙),在正常工作时两灯丝间形成等离子体,维持电离过程的进行,而离子会不断轰击灯丝,使涂复的电子粉产生溅射而影响电子发射并产生灯管黑头现象,管内残留杂质气体也会影响灯管正常工作,严重降低灯管的有效寿命和全寿命。
为提高普通荧光灯管寿命及可靠性,在管径较粗(φ38-42)直管日光灯中,往往采用消气剂的方法,以吸收管内杂质气体;有的产品则在灯丝***加屏蔽罩来抑制离子轰击灯丝,以延长灯管寿命。但在灯管外径为φ12毫米,内径为φ10毫米的紧凑型节能荧光灯管内采用上述屏蔽罩或加吸气剂都有困难。
本实用新型是要改进紧凑型节能荧光灯的结构,以有效地抑制离子对灯丝的直接轰击,并具有吸收杂质气体的作用,达到提高灯管使用寿命的目的。
为实现上述目的,采取的技术方案是在灯丝前方装一根钛丝,一端自由,另一端焊接在芯柱的边杆上。
本实用新型的优点:
1.在灯丝前方的钛丝与灯丝一端处于同电位,不影响阴极热电子发射,但能抑制(阻挡)离子对灯丝的直接轰击,避免灯丝上涂复的电子粉产生溅射;
2.钛丝因受离子轰击,经一定时间后,钛丝发热并溅出钛,能在玻管内壁上形成钛膜,它具有消气的功能。
综上所述,本产品既能抑制离子轰击阴极,又能吸收杂质气体,能有效地延长紧凑型节能荧光灯管的使用寿命。
为了观察本实用新型优良性能,曾做了一批试验管,玻管内表面不涂荧光粉,在此透明玻管中可以看到灯管起弧后,整根灯丝没有明显的红亮点(可延长阴极寿命);点久之后,钛丝附近玻壁上出现钛膜层,整根灯管的发光区较明净,气体放电的光色较纯亮,说明管内杂质气体较少。

图中1表示弯曲的玻璃管1,玻管两端分别封接上芯柱4,芯柱上焊接边杆和灯丝3,在玻管内表面上涂有荧光粉2。如图2所示,在灯丝前方有一根钛丝5,钛丝一端焊接在芯柱的一根边杆上,钛丝另一端自由,钛丝直径为0.2至0.4毫米。

1、紧凑型节能荧光灯,由玻管[1]、荧光粉[2]、灯丝[3]、和芯柱[4]组成,其特征是灯丝[3]前方有一根钛丝[5],钛丝一端自由,另一端焊接在边杆上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型节能荧光灯,其特征是钛丝直径取0.2至0.4毫米。
