Abstract

本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于燃煤锅炉烟气排放的脱硫排烟一体化设备。它包括有一个脱硫塔,在脱硫塔下部有进烟口,脱硫塔的顶部直接连接有一个排烟烟囱。所述脱硫塔的内腔由下至上设置有多级烟气处理段,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有喷淋装置,每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间设置有气体分布器,在最后一级烟气处理段与顶部的烟囱之间还设置除雾器和脱水器。本实用新型能够在排放烟气的同时对烟气进行脱硫处理,从而可净化烟气、降低设备中烟囱的高度、节省投资。

技术领域
本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于燃煤锅炉烟气排放的脱硫排烟一体化设备。
背景技术
现有的燃煤锅炉都要设置一座高大的烟囱,低则几十米,高则数百米,其投资费用巨大、占用较大的面积和空间,其目的只是为了给烟气一个抬筐高度,利于烟气的扩散,减少烟气中SO2等有害气体对地面的直接污染。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一促脱硫排烟一体化设备,使其能够在排放烟气的同时对烟气进行脱硫处理,从而可净化烟气、降低设备中烟囱的高度、节省投资。
本实用新型的脱硫排烟一体化设备包括有一个脱硫塔,在脱硫塔下部有进烟口,脱硫塔的顶部直接连接有一个排烟烟囱。所述脱硫塔的内腔由下至上设置有多级用来进行除尘、脱硫的烟气处理段,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个用来喷淋脱硫剂和降温液体的喷淋装置,每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间设置有用来使通过的烟气均匀分散的气体分布器,在最后一级烟气处理段与顶部的烟囱之间还设置除雾器和脱水器,用以脱除烟气中的脱硫剂水雾。
本实用新型由于在烟囱下方设置有一个脱硫塔,使烟气通过时能够与塔内的脱硫剂快速反应,完成降温、除尘和脱硫过程,然后再由烟囱排放,大大减小了烟气的污染,因而可设置较低的烟囱的高度,节省了投资。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该脱硫排烟一体化设备包括有一个脱硫塔1,在脱硫塔下部有进烟口2,脱硫塔的顶部直接连接有一个排烟烟囱3。脱硫塔的内腔中设置多级烟气处理段4,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个喷淋装置5,用来喷淋降温液体和与烟气进行反应的脱硫剂;烟气上升过程中经过多级气体分布器6,使烟气均匀分散,以利于与脱硫剂充分反应;在最后一级烟气处理段与顶部的烟囱之间还设置除雾器7和脱水器8,用以脱除烟气中的脱硫剂水雾。

Claims (2)

1、一种脱硫排烟一体化设备,其特征是:它包括有一个脱硫塔(1),在脱硫塔下部有进烟口(2),脱硫塔的顶部直接连接有一个排烟烟囱(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的脱硫排烟一体化设备,其特征是:所述脱硫塔(1)的内腔由下至上设置有多级烟气处理段(4),每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有喷淋装置(5),每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间设置有气体分布器(6),在最后一级烟气处理段与顶部的烟囱之间还设置除雾器(7)和脱水器(8)。
