Abstract

一种金属货架用连接扣，其特点是包括扣板及设置于扣板内侧至少两个凸柱，其中，各凸柱上设有使金属管棒穿过且与扣板相贯通的轴孔，在凸柱外端沿轴孔孔壁开有可使轴孔扩张的横槽。本实用新型采用了在金属管、棒、板之间设置的由扣板及与其一体带轴孔的凸柱，使主要由金属管、棒、板构成的货架的连接变得方便、快捷，而将扣板内侧表面设计呈弧面或平面，可与不同的管或板件的外表面吻合，而在扣板设置的两个和多个凸柱，可适应不同规格货架架面或架体金属件的连接，大大提高了生产的效率和产品的配装质量，同时也给包装带来方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金属货架，特别是一种金属货架架体间相互固接的连接扣。
背景技术
现有的金属货架，特别是用于放置杂物的小金属货架通常采用若干条轻细的金属管、棒或较薄的金属板材组合成一网状体或条状体，然后组装形成货架，上述金属管、棒或板件的连接多采用焊接、铆接、螺接等方式，上述传统的加工方式普遍存在着费工、费时且需一定技术工操作方可保证加工、装配质量的问题，特别是在大批量生产中采用上述方式会因其效率较低而使工期延误造成不能按时交货。此外，在包装时，由于不能折散式拆散后不便重新组装而使包装箱外尺寸加大、造成运输成本上升。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在问题提供一种可快速将金属管、棒、板件连接且具连接牢固、拆装方便的金属货架用连接扣。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种金属货架用连接扣，其特点是包括扣板及设置于扣板内侧至少两个凸柱，其中，各凸柱上设有使金属管棒穿过且与扣板相贯通的轴孔，在凸柱外端沿轴孔孔壁开有可使轴孔扩张的横槽。
为适应不同形状的管、板的扣合，本实用新型进一步的技术方案是：上述扣板呈条状，其内侧表面设有与管状或板状零件外表面相吻合的弧面或平面。
为适应各种不同货架架面或架体间管、棒、板的方便连接，本实用新型再进一步的技术方案是：上述凸柱可以是两个，其柱体与扣板相垂直。上述凸柱也可设置多个，各凸柱沿扣板内侧长度方向均布。
本实用新型采用了在金属管、棒、板之间设置的由扣板及与其一体带轴孔的凸柱，使主要由金属管、棒、板构成的货架的连接变得方便、快捷，而将扣板内侧表面设计呈弧面或平面，可与不同的管或板件的外表面吻合，而在扣板设置的两个和多个凸柱，可适应不同规格货架架面或架体金属件的连接，大大提高了生产的效率和产品的配装质量，同时也给包装带来方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1、图2所示，一种金属货架用连接扣，其特点是包括扣板1及设置于扣板1内侧至少两个凸柱1a，其中，各凸柱上设有使金属管棒穿过且与扣板相贯通的轴孔1b，在凸柱1a外端沿轴孔孔壁开有可使轴孔扩张的横槽1c。为适适不同管、板件的扣合，上述扣板1呈条状，其内侧表面设有与管状或板状零件外表面相吻合的呈弧面或平面。为适应各种不同货架架面或架体间管、棒、板的连接，上述凸柱1a为两个，其柱体与扣板1相垂直。上述凸柱1a也可以是多个，其位置沿各凸柱沿扣板内侧长度方向均布。为使管、棒的连接既牢固、又可方便地分离，上述凸柱轴孔孔壁开设有两条横槽1c，其长度为凸柱1a长度的三分之一。上述凸柱1a与扣板1内侧结合部设有一环槽1d。上述轴孔1b的直径与金属管、棒的外径相适配。其间的配合最好采用过渡配合，上述扣板1内侧的弧面与金属管、棒的外径弧面相吻合。
本实用新型在金属货架上的应用如图3所示，所述金属货架由架杆2及呈排布置的挂环3组成，其间的连接可通过连接扣实现：即先将带有两个凸柱1a的扣板1***架杆2预先设置的安装孔内，然后将挂环3一端设置的与扣板两通孔对应的U型钢管4或棒***孔内便可完成装配，为确保插接的牢固，上述呈U型的钢管或棒的直径最好略大于两通孔的直径，这样当管或棒***后，可胀开凸柱孔1a壁开设的横槽1c，既保证了扣板1与架杆2连接的可靠性，又使挂环3与扣板1连接不易脱出，而在包装时还可将挂环3和架杆2分离，使用较小的包装物便可实现对产品的包装，从而降低了产品的成本。

Claims (8)

1、一种金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于包括扣板(1)及设置于扣板(1)内侧至少两个凸柱(1a)，其中，各凸柱上设有使金属管棒穿过且与扣板相贯通的轴孔(1b)，在凸柱(1a)外端沿轴孔孔壁开有可使轴孔扩张的横槽(1c)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述扣板(1)呈条状，其内侧表面呈弧面或平面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述凸柱(1a)为两个，其柱体与扣板(1)相垂直。
4、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述凸柱(1a)为12个，各凸柱沿扣板内侧长度方向均布。
5、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述凸柱轴孔孔壁开设有横槽(1c)为两条，其长度为凸柱(1a)长度的三分之一。
6、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述凸柱(1a)与扣板(1)内侧结合部设有一环槽(1d)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述轴孔(1b)的直径与金属管、棒的外径相适配。
8、根据权利要求1所述的金属货架用连接扣，其特征在于上述扣板(1)内侧的弧面与金属管、棒的外径弧面相吻合。
