本实用新型公开了一种热交换用内螺纹扁管,包括有管体,其特征在于:管的内表面上制有多个横截面为三角形的螺旋齿,齿顶为一圆弧。螺旋齿的螺旋升角为4~30°,齿顶角为15~85°,齿顶和齿底角圆弧半径为0.03~0.05mm。本实用新型由于在管的内表面上制有多个螺旋齿,因而与现有技术比具有换热面积大,散热效率高的优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种散热元件,特别是一种热交换用内螺纹扁管。
背景技术:
现行的汽车、拖拉机、坦克等机器的散热器中,仍然采用的是内表面为光面铜扁管,这种光面扁管散热面积小,介质易产生层流,因而其换热效率底。
发明内容:
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提出一种散热面积大、换热效率高的热交换用内螺纹扁管。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种热交换用内螺纹扁管,包括有管体,其特征在于:管的内表面上制有多个截面为三角形的螺旋齿,齿顶为一圆弧。螺旋齿的螺旋升角为4~30°,齿顶角为15~85°,齿顶和齿底角圆弧半径为0.03~0.05mm。本实用新型由于在管的内表面上制成横截面略呈三角形的螺纹线,因而比现有的光管具有散热面积大且散热效率高的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的铜扁管,在管体1的内表面上制有10条螺旋齿2,螺旋升角为15°,齿顶角为40°,齿顶和齿底圆弧半径为0.03mm。

1.热交换用内螺纹扁管,包括有管体,其特征在于:管的内表面上制有多个截面为三角形的螺旋齿,齿顶为一圆弧。
2.根据权利要求1所述热交换用内螺纹扁管,其特征在于:螺旋齿的螺旋升角为4~30°,齿顶角为15~85°,齿顶和齿底角圆弧半径为0.03~0.05mm。
