Abstract

一种活动连杆电动牙刷，包括刷柄壳，安装在刷柄壳内的电池、马达，牙刷头以及传动机构，所述传动机构包括安装在马达轴上的偏心轮、活动连杆以及双杠杆装置，活动连杆的前连接孔与偏心轮上的偏心轴动配合，活动连杆的后连接孔与双杠杆装置一端连接，双杠杆装置另一端与毛座侧面的传动槽动配合。本电动牙刷采用活动连杆和杠杆装置组成的组合式传动机构，结构简单，制造成本低，使用寿命长，而且运作稳定、可靠，噪音小。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动牙刷，特别是一种采用活动连杆和双杠杆装置传动的电动牙刷。
背景技术
目前常见的毛座作回转运动的电动牙刷有两种典型结构，一种是刷柄由齿轮减速、换向后向刷杆输出轴向往复运动的结构，另一种是刷柄直接向刷杆输出单向旋转运动的结构。前者存在结构复杂、制造成本高，消耗电流大、噪音大等缺点，而后者的主要缺点是输出轴易磨损、使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术上的上述不足，提供一种构造简单、制造成本低，使用寿命长的活动连杆电动牙刷。
本实用新型活动连杆电动牙刷，包括刷柄壳，安装在刷柄壳内的电池、马达，牙刷头以及传动机构，所述传动机构包括安装在马达轴上的偏心轮、活动连杆以及双杠杆装置，活动连杆的前连接孔与偏心轮上的偏心轴动配合，活动连杆的后连接孔与双杠杆装置一端连接，双杠杆装置另一端与毛座侧面的传动槽动配合。
本电动牙刷采用活动连杆和杠杆装置组成的组合式传动机构，结构简单，制造成本低，使用寿命长，而且运作稳定、可靠，噪音小。

典型实施例
以下结合实施例附图对本实用新型进一步描述。
如图1、4、5、6所示，本活动连杆电动牙刷含刷柄壳21，安装在刷柄壳21内的电池、马达15，牙刷头以及传动机构。传动机构由安装在马达轴上的偏心轮20、活动连杆13以及双杠杆装置构成，活动连杆13的前连接孔29与偏心轮20上的偏心轴19动配合，活动连杆的后连接孔28与双杠杆装置一端连接，双杠杆装置另一端与毛座侧面的传动槽16动配合。
双杠杆装置包括刷杆杠杆17和刷柄杠杆18，刷杆杠杆17的头部设有带扣位31的传动头32，该传动头32与毛座2侧面的传动槽16动配合，刷杆杠杆17尾部的传动孔33与刷柄杠杆18上端的传动轴22活动连接，刷柄杠杆18的另一端为S形弹性段25，S形弹性段的末端是与杆体平行的连接轴26，该连接轴26与活动连杆13的后连接孔28动动配合，刷杆杠杆17安装在刷头杆34内，其中部的支轴30与刷头杆34内的卡槽11活动连接，刷柄杠杆18安装在刷柄壳21内，其中部的支轴23与刷柄壳21内的卡槽14活动连接。其中，刷柄杠杆18的S形弹性段25能满足杠杆在偏摆时连接轴26相对支轴23的位移。
在刷柄杠杆18的连接轴26的端部设有扣位24，用来限制活动连杆13从连接轴26脱出，在扣位24上设置让位槽27，以便于扣位24从活动连杆13的后连接孔28通过。
其牙刷头含毛座2及刷头杆34等，毛座2通过中轴活动安装在刷头杆34头部，毛座2侧面有传动槽16，该传动槽16与刷杆杠杆17头部的传动头32活动连接，刷头杆34的下端和刷柄壳21的上端通过扣位固定连接。
参照图1和图6，本电动牙刷在刷杆杠杆17的头部设有扣位31，在刷杆壳34内设有一台阶10，此台阶用来顶住扣位31，防止刷杆杠杆17从毛座2的传动槽16中脱出。装配好后，台阶10与扣位31之间有小于0.5mm的间隙。
为了防止灰尘或水落入手柄壳内，在刷柄杠杆18和刷柄壳21之间安装密封圈12，该密封圈与刷柄杠杆18、刷柄壳21均为紧配合。
图2表示其偏心轮20上的偏心轴19运行到左止点时，各活动部件的状态。图3表示其偏心轮20上的偏心轴19运行到右止点时，各活动部件的状态。
下面说明本电动牙刷的传动原理：
马达15带动偏心轮20单向旋转，偏心轮上的偏心轴19通过活动连杆13的前连接孔29带动活动连杆13，所述前连接孔29的轴线的运动轨迹与偏心轴19相同，为圆形，但后连接孔28的轴线则由于刷柄杠杆18的限制，其运动轨迹是一条左、右向的直线；活动连杆13的后连接孔28通过连接轴26带动刷柄杠杆18绕轴线5作左、右摆动，由于刷柄杠杆18的S形弹性段25在轴向较易变形，所以解决了刷柄杠杆18在偏摆时其支轴23与连接轴26的位移问题；刷柄杠杆18通过传动轴22带动刷杆杠杆17绕轴线3左、右摆动；刷杆杠杆17通过传动头32带动毛束座2绕轴线8回转，实现刷牙的功能。

Claims (4)

1、一种活动连杆电动牙刷，包括刷柄壳，安装在刷柄壳内的电池、马达，牙刷头以及传动机构，其特征是：所述传动机构包括安装在马达轴上的偏心轮、活动连杆以及双杠杆装置，活动连杆的前连接孔与偏心轮上的偏心轴动配合，活动连杆的后连接孔与双杠杆装置一端连接，双杠杆装置另一端与毛座侧面的传动槽动配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的活动连杆电动牙刷，其特征是：所述双杠杆装置含刷柄杠杆和刷杆杠杆，刷杆杠杆的头部设有带扣位的传动头，刷杆杠杆尾部的传动孔与刷柄杠杆上端的传动轴活动连接，刷柄杠杆的另一端为S形弹性段，S形弹性段的末端是与杆体平行的连接轴，刷柄杠杆和刷杆杠杆的中部各有一与杆体垂直的支轴，刷柄杠杆的支轴两端固定在刷柄壳内壁，刷杆杠杆的支轴两端固定在牙刷头的刷头杆内壁。
3、根据权利要求2所述活动连杆电动牙刷，其特征是：所述刷柄杠杆的连接轴的端部设有扣位，在扣位上有让位槽。
4、根据权利要求2所述活动连杆电动牙刷，其特征是：所述刷柄杠杆和刷柄壳之间安装密封圈。
