Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种荧光灯,中间为灯管,灯管两端的中心部位各自都装有杜美丝插头,绕成弹簧状的灯丝两头分别连接于杜美丝插头管内一端的端部,该灯丝可以是主辅式三螺旋为一体的钨丝,也可以是单一金属丝镍,管内充有单一惰性气体氩气,这种荧光灯比目前市场上常用的低气压放电灯及冷阴极荧光灯有如下突出的特点,结构简单,灯丝强度高、耐用,即使灯丝断掉,灯具仍照常光亮,其使用寿命为热阴极荧光灯寿命的三倍,并且容易启辉,其用途广泛,大至市面广告,小至工厂、宾馆、家庭,甚至马路上十字路口的信号灯,均可使用,具有广阔的开拓前景。

本实用新型涉及一种照明灯,特别是涉及一种荧光灯。
背景技术
作为灯具之一的荧光照明灯,目前的使用极为普及,它的主要特点是节能、亮度高,与其它灯具比较,能减少对眼睛的刺激。
本发明人于2001年曾申请并已授权,名称为“冷阴极荧光灯”的专利,专利号为ZL01274771.8,它的结构如图1所示,灯管1的两个端部的中心部位装有插头4,所述插头4通过连接线3与电极2连接,它比一般常用的低气压放电的荧光灯已有很大的改进,在灯管内充有液态汞及多种惰性气体,灯管两端各有一电极,它的主要优点是启动过程不需要预热,可瞬时启动,而且使用寿命较以往荧光灯长。它的不足是制造工艺复杂。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本实用新型的目的在于提供这样一种荧光灯,其结构进一步简化,灯丝采用主辅式三螺旋钨丝或单一镍丝,灯管内充一单一惰性气体—氩气,经久耐用。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取了如下的技术措施。中间为灯管,灯管两端的中心部位各自都装有杜美丝插头,绕成弹簧状的灯丝,两头分别连接于杜美丝插头管内一端的端部,灯管内充有单一惰性气体—氩气。
本实用新型的主要优点为:
1、结构简单,部件少,减低装置的损坏率;
2、灯丝强度高,不易断裂,既使局部损坏断裂,它不像普通荧光灯的灯丝那样而熄灯,而是照常灯亮发光;
3、使用寿命长,经实测结果,它比热阴极的寿命增加三倍;
4、光亮度衰减率低,以每天启动6次为例,使用两年后光衰度仅为10%;
5、使用单一惰性气体,因而减少了运动成本;
6、容易启辉,光亮度大,大大扩大了它的使用领域,大至街头广告照明,小至工厂、宾馆、家庭甚至马路上十字路口的信号灯均可应用,具有广阔的开拓前景。

具体实施方式
如图2所示的实施例,灯管1的两端中心部位各装有杜美丝插头6弯曲成弹簧状的耐热合金灯丝5装于管内插头6的端头。所述灯丝5可以是主辅式三螺旋为一体的钨丝,也可以是单一金属镍。灯管1内充有单一气体氩气。
本荧光灯实用性强,用途广,具有广阔的开拓前景。

Claims (3)

1、一种荧光灯,包括灯管、灯管两端的端部都各自装有杜美丝插头及涂有电子发射粉的灯丝,其特征在于:所述杜美丝插头的管内一端装有弯曲成弹簧状的耐热合金灯丝,管内充有单一惰性气体氩气。
2、如权利要求1所述的荧光灯,其特征在于:所述耐热合金灯丝是主辅式三螺旋为一体的钨丝。
3、如权利要求1所述的荧光灯,其特征在于:所述耐热合金灯丝为单一金属丝镍。
