Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种宽频天线,是于通讯产品外壳体适当位置形成一天线容置部及一贯孔,平面天线采用绝缘胶体一体胶合或贴合于外壳体凹设天线容置部,其中贯孔供天线与电路板的射频模块连结时所需使用。如此,产品本身的外壳体材质受较少的限制,更可因使用金属材质外壳体来达到提高产品的质感与价值,又因外壳体的阻绝遮蔽效果,大幅减少天线模块受到内部电路组件影响的因素,产生更好的通讯效果。又由于产品设计上减去天线模块垫体的使用,相对达到降低成本,并使产品的设计更趋于轻薄短小。

技术领域
本实用新型是提供一种宽频天线,主要针对家用/个人无线通讯产品于蓝牙通讯、无线局域网络、家用射频所必需使用的宽频天线模块***加以改进设计,以期制造业者在进行产品规划或设计时有更大的自由度及通讯效果的改善。
背景技术
目前安装于家用/个人无线通讯产品如笔记型计算机、PDA(个人数字助理)的宽频天线模块,参看图1,均采用平面天线10的设计。平面天线10下设有一预设的天线垫体101并直接安装于电路板本体30上,并透过电路板本体30的天线连接点302与射频电路模块301连结实施。然而,以此种设计的天线模块经常由于电路板上组件的影响而使通讯效果大打折扣,以致业者必须不断增加天线垫体的高度来减少此等效应的产生,但却往往造成设计空间的浪费,也增加生产成本,且由于天线模块需组设于产品内部而导致产品外壳体20材质在设计上受到相当大的限制(无法使用具有遮蔽效果的金属材质)以致产品的质感不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型则是依上述具有同一性质的宽频天线来进行另一种设计,以期家用/个人无线通讯产品制造业者可依此种天线组成结构实施来突破目前产品设计上的限制,以提供使用者更美观、效果更好的家用/个人无线通讯产品。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的一种宽频天线,其包含有一平面天线、一外壳体;该平面天线,为一薄膜式磁性材质制成的平面天线;该外壳体的预设位置设有一天线容置部及一贯孔;
其特征在于:平面天线以绝缘胶体一体胶合或贴合于外壳体凹设的天线容置部之间,且平面天线与电路板本体的射频电路模块循着贯孔部位连接成一体。
换言之,本实用新型提供的一种宽频天线,是于通讯产品外壳适当位置形成一天线容置部及一贯孔,平面天线以绝缘胶体一体胶合或贴合于外壳体凹设天线容置部;其中贯孔提供天线与电路板射频电路模块连结时所需的使用。如此产品本身的外壳体材质受较少的限制;更可因使用金属材质外壳体来达到提高产品的质感及价值,又因外壳体的阻绝遮蔽效果,大幅减少天线模块受内部电路组件影响的同时,产生更好的通讯效果。又由于产品设计减去天线模块垫体的使用,相对达到减低成本并使产品的设计更趋轻薄短小。

具体实施方式
本实用新型设计的宽频天线,参看图2、3所示,主要是由平面天线本体1、外壳体2所构成。
其中,于组设时为将平面天线1贴合于外壳体2所预设的天线容置部21,并将平面天线1的一端穿插过天线容置部21的贯孔22,使其连接于电路板本体3的天线连接点32,则可将平面天线1与电路板本体3的射频电路模块31连结。
本实用新型设计的平面天线1的形式也可采用印刷式平面天线1’(参看图4),其为将印刷式平面天线1’直接印刷于外壳体2’的天线容置部21’,其中外壳体21’于印刷前应进行局部表面处理,作为印刷式平面天线1’与外壳体2’间的绝缘,此即为另一实施。

Claims (4)

1.一种宽频天线,其包含有一平面天线、一外壳体;
平面天线,为一薄膜式磁性材质制成的平面天线;
外壳体的预设位置设有一天线容置部及一贯孔;
其特征在于:平面天线以绝缘胶体一体胶合或贴合于外壳体凹设的天线容置部之间,且平面天线与电路板本体的射频电路模块循着贯孔部位连接成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的宽频天线,其特征在于:其中该外壳体采用塑料或金属材质。
3.如权利要求1所述的宽频天线,其特征在于:其中该平面天线的形式采用印刷式平面天线,平面天线直接印刷于外壳体的天线容置部,且外壳体的相应印刷表面在印刷前经过使平面天线与外壳体保持绝缘的局部表面处理。
4.如权利要求1所述的宽频天线,其特征在于:其中该平面天线外部包覆有一层以非遮蔽性材质制成的装饰性组件。
