Abstract

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种汽车安全气囊展开门。
二、背景技术
汽车安全气囊安装在方向盘骨架的相应位置。发生撞车事故时，气囊必须在0.025秒到0.035秒的时间内，在充入气体的同时从安全气囊装置中经展开门扯出，挡在司机前方起到保护作用。在整个过程中，展开门要顺利展开，不许碎裂，防止碎片伤人。本实用新型提出前，所应用的汽车安全气囊展开门，一是其结构不太合理，内有金属嵌件，展开时易破碎，金属件飞起易给人造成不必要的伤害；二是加工工艺复杂，成本较高。
三、发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易破碎，结构合理，工艺简单的汽车安全气囊展开门。
解决所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案是：该展开门由展开门壳和展开门盖构成；展开门盖分外层和内层，盖上有一定形状的撕裂缝；由尼龙线织成的网状内层均匀贴覆在除中间的撕裂缝部分外的外层内侧；外层、内层与展开门壳三者经过特殊处理浇注在一起。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型只是在 展开门盖的外层内面上贴覆由尼龙线织成的网状内层，从而增加了盖的强度，展开时不易破碎；又省略了金属嵌件，作到了安全实用；所以，本实用新型结构合理，工艺简单，降低了成本，安全可靠，适合在各种型号的汽车安全气囊展开门上应用。

五、具体实施方式
在附图中，本实用新型汽车安全气囊展开门由展开门壳3和展开门盖构成。展开门盖分外层1和内层2，且盖上有一定形状的撕裂缝4。由尼龙线织成的网状内层2均匀贴覆在除在中间的撕裂缝4部分外的外层1的内铡。中间的撕裂缝不贴覆的目的是在展开门展开时容易从中间打开。外层1、内层2与展开门壳3三者经过特殊处理后浇注在一起。由于采用了尼龙线织成的网状层，贴覆在外层内，使展开门盖的强度达到展开时不破碎的要求，结构合理，工艺简单，安全实用。该展开门壳内装入安全气囊后连接在支架上，发生撞车时，充气泵内药片燃烧产生大量气体充满气囊的同时沿撕裂线使展开门盖展开气囊，及时挡在司乘人员前进行保护人身。
