一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及以高分子化合物为基的组成物,特别是公开一种电子影像记录介质耗材。
二、背景技术:
目前市场上所用的数码相纸及其他耗材,其表面涂料内聚力小,遇墨水涂层皮膜易破坏,图文产生白斑点蜘蛛网状,因此相片清晰度差,色彩不艳丽。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型为解决现有技术数码相纸及其他记录介质耗材存在的缺陷,提供了一种电子影像记录介质耗材,它能够有效地提高相片表面涂层的内聚力,改善相片的清晰度、光泽度,使表面柔滑。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的,它包括基材、置在基材面层上的一层底胶,其结构要点是所述的一层底胶为增进结合续效底胶(该底胶另案专利申请,本处不作详述),增进结合续效底胶上再涂一层缩化聚乙烯醇介质主剂(该介质主剂另案专利申请,本处不作详述)。所述的基材可以是聚酯薄膜(投影软片),也可以是纤维织物(画布)、塑化合成胶片(广告看板)、纸张(相纸)。
本实用新型由于在基材的表面上设置一层增进结合续效合成底胶,再在该层上设置一层缩化聚乙烯醇介质主剂,与已有技术相比,具有表面平滑柔细、耐溶剂、高光泽、高清晰度的优点,使相片彩色浓度高,色彩艳丽、解析度高,可作为电脑喷绘和激光等打印图文的耗材。

附图中,基材1它可以是聚酯薄膜(投影软片),也可以是纤维织物(画布)、塑化合成胶片(广告看板)、纸张(相纸),本实施例采用纸张(相纸),厚度为80~220微米。先在基材表面上涂有一层增进结合续效合成底胶2,以促进表面记录介质膜与基材之间密着牢度,其厚度为0.6~0.8微米。再在该底胶2的表面上涂一层缩化聚乙烯醇3,为不防水电子影像记录介质,其厚度为14~16微米。

1、一种电子影像记录介质耗材,它包括基材、置在基材上的一层底胶,其特征在于:所述的一层底胶为增进结合续效底胶,在增进结合底胶表面上设有一层缩化聚乙烯醇介质主剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电子影像记录介质耗材,其特征在于:上述的基材可以是聚酯薄膜 投影软片,也可以是纤维织物 画布、塑化合成胶片、广告看板、纸张 相纸。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电子影像记录介质耗材,其特征在于:所述基材层厚:80~220μm,底胶层厚:0.6~0.8μm,介质主剂层厚14~16μm。
