Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,包括第一部分、安装在第一部分上的第二部分、若干内置电路板及若干导引套。第一部分具有对接面、顶壁及底壁,其中顶壁和底壁沿对接方向延伸出第一、第二对接部。内置电路板安装在第一部分和第二部分之间,并延伸出对接面。导引套设置在上述第一对接部和第二对接部之间并位于对接面前方,具有引导对接连接器的导引面和设在后端并可容纳内置电路板前缘的尾槽,如此,可保护内置电路板并便于其与对接连接器对接。

Description

电连接器
本实用新型有关一种电连接器,尤其是一种具有内置电路板的电连接器,内置电路板前端设有保护该内置电路板前缘并便于其与对接连接器连接的导引套。
请参照图1所示,当现有连接器的导电端子50与对接电路板52对接时,部分导电端子50和电路板52的上表面53接触,而其余导电端子50则和电路板52的下表面54接触。为了方便导电端子50和电路板52对接,该导电端子50在对接端设有与电路板52上下表面53、54的金手指56对接的弧形接触部55,电路板52在上下表面53、54前缘处还分别设有便于该电路板52***到连接器中的倒角57。但是,由于电路板52的制造材料耐磨性较差,以致电路板52的倒角57容易损坏,而且,上述倒角57在电路板52的制造上也会存在不便加工的问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器,可有效保护其内置电路板前缘,避免其插接时受损,并且便于内置电路板和对接连接器进行电性连接。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:电连接器包括本体、若干内置电路板以及导引套,其中本体包括第一部分及安装在第一部分上的第二部分。第一部分具有和对接连接器接触的对接面、顶壁以及底壁,其中顶壁和底壁沿对接方向自对接面向前延伸出第一、第二对接部。内置电路板安装在第一部分和第二部分之间,并凸出上述对接面以与对接连接器进行电性连接,该内置电路板前端设有若干金手指。导引套设在第一、第二对接部之间并位于对接面前方,其横截面大致呈燕尾形,具有一对朝向对接连接器的导引面及设在其后端并可容纳内置电路板前缘的尾槽。
由于本实用新型电连接器设有容纳内置电路板前缘的导引套,从而可保护内置电路板前缘并便于其与对接连接器对接。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
图1是现有电连接器和对接电路板的部分剖视图。

图4是本实用新型电连接器和对接连接器的立体图。
图5是本实用新型电连接器和对接电连接器沿图2所示A-A方向的局部剖视图。
请参照图2及图3所示,本实用新型电连接器1包括第一部分2、安装在第一部分2上的第二部分3以及收容在第一部分2和第二部分3中的若干内置电路板4,其中第一部分2和第二部分3组成电连接器1的本体。上述第二部分3设有向下延伸的若干导电端子、若干固定槽30以及一对向前延伸的导引柱31,其中导电端子包括若干接地端子5和信号端子(未图示)。
第一部分2具有对接面23、顶壁20以及底壁21,该第一部分2设有一对向下延伸出底壁21用来将电连接器1固定在第一电路板61上的定位柱6(图2中仅示其一)。其中顶壁20和底壁21自对接面23分别向前延伸出第一对接部7及第二对接部8,该第一、第二对接部7、8之间设有若干导引套10。导引套10的横截面大体呈燕尾形,具有设在前端的导引面13和定位部,在本实施例中,定位部是设在导引套10后端的尾槽14(请参照图5所示)。另外,第一部分2还设有若干槽道36。
内置电路板4收容在上述第一部分2的槽道36和第二部分3的固定槽30所形成的收容空间中,其前端凸出第一部分2的对接面2 3,并容纳在导引套10的燕尾槽14内。内置电路板4包括设在一侧前端的若干第一金手指9及设于与第一金手指9所在侧相垂直另一侧缘的第二金手指32,而其另一侧面对应设有两排接地金手指(未图示)。上述接地端子5和内置电路板4的相应接地金手指进行电性连接,从而使内置电路板4和第一电路板61进行电性接触。
在安装过程中,先将内置电路板4安装在槽道36和固定槽30中,然后将第二部分3的导引柱31***到第一部分2所设置的相应导引孔(未图示)中,此时,导引套10处于内置电路板4的前端。内置电路板4组装到第一、第二部分2、3中后,尾槽14与内置电路板4的前缘对接,而导引面13朝向对接方向。
请参照图4及图5所示,对接连接器11设在第二电路板62上,包括一对设在其两端的对接槽33、若干收容槽34以及收容在该收容槽34中的导电端子,该等导电端子包括接地端子12和信号端子30。接地端子12和信号端子30分别设有接触部15、35。
当电连接器1与对接连接器11对接时,前述第一对接部7、第二对接部87、第二对接部8***到对接连接器11的相应对接槽33中,而信号端子30和接地端子12分别和内置电路板4的第一金手指9及相应接地金手指进行电性连接。在对接过程中,接地端子12和信号端子30的接触部15、35沿导引套10的导引面13向内移动,从而和内置电路板4的金手指9及相应接地金手指进行电性连接。此时,导引套10避免内置电路板4的前缘和上述接触部15、35的直接接触。
因为导引套10是由耐磨的塑胶材料制成,所以内置电路板4和电连接器1的使用寿命较长。

Claims (5)

1.一种电连接器,包括本体、内置电路板及导引套,其中本体具有和对接连接器相对接的对接面,内置电路板设置在本体中并凸出上述对接面,其前端设有用于接触导电的若干金手指,其特征在于:导引套设置在本体的对接面前方,其横截面大致呈燕尾形,具有位于前端的导引面和位于后端并可容纳内置电路板前缘的定位部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:导引套具有两个导引面,且定位部是设置在导引套后端的尾槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:本体具有顶壁和底壁,而顶壁和底壁分别从对接面向前延伸出第一对接部和第二对接部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:导引套设置在上述第一对接部和第二对接部之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:本体包括第一部分及安装在第一部分上的第二部分。
