Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及真空吸尘器。
本实用新型特别涉及用于办公室和家中的家用真空吸尘器。最简单的吸尘器包括一个配置在清扫头内部的入口和一个出口或排气口,入口和出口由一条通道连接。装在通道中的电动风扇安装在通道中以抽取经过通道的空气,以便在清扫头中产生“真空”,从而在使用中把脏物(灰尘和碎件)抽进入口中。过滤件装在入口和风扇之间,用于收集脏物,该脏物存放在脏物收集室内,如果必要随后丢弃脏物。可以用交流电(AC)或直流电(DC)给驱动风扇的电动马达提供电力。一般或者使用AC或者使用DC电源。使用AC电源时可以在真空吸尘器内把AC转变为DC电源。也可以使用能用AC和DC电源同时驱动的结合型马达。如果使用把AC转换成DC的转换器或结合型马达,成本和/或体积(或重量)会显著增加。对于手持式真空吸尘器来说,后一个问题更为突出。
本实用新型的目的在于克服或至少减小上述问题。
根据本实用新型,一种真空吸尘器具有一个从入口延伸到排气口的通道、一个过滤件和一个脏物收集室,其特征在于安装在通道中的驱动风扇装置配置为能使空气抽进入口且通过通道,其中有两个马达,一个是交流马达,一个是直流马达。
可以给每个马达配置独立的风扇。
风扇最好是串联安装在通道中。
风扇马达可以用电开关控制同时工作。
下面参照附图说明本实用新型真空吸尘器的实施例,其中:
图1是真空吸尘器局部剖面侧视图;
图2是真空吸尘器前视立体图。
参照附图,中空壳体10带有一个从入口11延申到排气口12的通道,用过滤件13封住该通道,以便把抽进壳体10的脏物收集在脏物收集室14中。在使用中,由中部受支撑的电动马达16驱动的风扇15在清扫头17内产生真空。把人为操作开关18装配在手柄20的延伸部19上。电源线卷装在隔离室21内。
至此所述的是已知的真空吸尘器。马达16可以是AC马达也可以是DC马达。DC马达情况下,装有可充电用的电池组22,也可以使用AC电源并结合上变压器和把AC转变成DC的转换器。变压器和转换器可用于给电池再充电和/或给马达提供直流电。
在本实用新型的实施例中,带有第二风扇24的第二马达23装在壳体10中。在特定实施例中,马达16是DC马达而马达23是AC马达。这样,为了从在壳体10内的相同或单个通道中抽取空气(并在清扫头内产生真空),即可以给马达16通电也可以给马达23通电。以通电给马达16为例,抽进壳体的空气,经过风扇24到达排气口12。
因此,上述真空吸尘器即可以利用AC电源也可以利用DC电源(正常情况下是电池组22)。这种配置克服了现有技术的缺陷,在现有技术中,没有相当的成本或不显著增加真空吸尘器的体积和重量,是不可能实现这种配置的。本实用新型的这种实施例是通用的,这种真空吸尘器没有外部电源也能工作,所以,可以自由地拿到需要使用的地方。在需要过大功率的情况下,即当清扫头内需要提高真空度时,一般最好是使用AC马达23来产生真空。在任何使用中,如果必要,可以同时使用(通电给)两个马达16和23。本实施例中没有给出适当的电源开关设置以及能使马达单独或同时通电和断电的设置,但这是本领域普通技术人员能想到的。
Claims (4)
1.一种真空吸尘器,具有一个从入口延伸到排气口的通道、一个过滤件和一个脏物收集室,其特征在于,安装在通道中由电动马达驱动的风扇装置配置为能使空气抽进入口且通过通道,其中,有两个马达,一个是交流马达,一个是直流马达。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于给各马达配置独立的风扇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于把风扇串联安装在通道中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于风扇马达可同时通电工作。
