Abstract

一种防进液气道的乳液泵,主要包括:一活塞杆,一押头,一牙套,一汽缸,一弹簧,一胶管,以及一垫片。其中,汽缸的上端螺纹与牙套的一螺纹部分啮合连接,汽缸的上端螺纹的齿的宽度为A,牙套与汽缸螺纹连接的螺纹部分中的齿槽宽度为B,而B大于A,由此在它们的螺纹之间形成一间隙;此外,在汽缸上端与牙套顶部下表面接触面之间存在间隙,进而在乳液泵中形成一防进液的气道。

Description

具有防进液气道的乳液泵
本实用新型涉及一种具有防进液气道的乳液泵。
乳液泵工作时不断吸出瓶内的乳液,同时不断地向瓶内补充空气,平衡瓶内外气压,以便保证能不断地吸出瓶内乳液。气体流通的通道称为“气道”。在如图1所示的一种现有技术的乳液泵中,在汽缸1的壁上设有一个或多个孔2(图上只画了一个孔),以便沟通瓶内外气压。但是,孔2在平衡瓶内外气压的同时也会带来不良后果,例如,在运输过程中,瓶内的乳液极易通过孔2进入汽缸1内。这时,乳液泵押头3通常是如图1那样被锁定,因此,进入汽缸1的乳液覆盖在活塞杆4上。当启用乳液泵时,活塞杆4随押头3上升通过汽缸盖5,使粘结在活塞杆4上的乳液暴露出来,形成所谓的“爬液”现象。这种爬液现象既不美观又影响使用,必须予以克服。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既能平衡瓶内外气压、又能防止乳液接触活塞杆、从而防止出现爬液现象的、具有防进液气道的乳液泵。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,提供一种防进液气道的乳液泵,它包括:一活塞杆,内置一上单向阀;一押头,固定在上升活塞杆上端;一牙套,其中央通孔的下部壁上一体形成有一防进水导向套管,所述防进水导向套管的内壁与活塞杆的外壁滑动配合;一汽缸,其上端螺纹与牙套的一螺纹部分啮合连接,内置一下单向阀及一弹簧;一胶管,其上端与汽缸下端固定连接;以及一垫片,其设置在所述汽缸上端外侧,并紧贴牙套的一内侧下表面;其中,汽缸的上端螺纹的齿的宽度为A,牙套与汽缸螺纹连接的螺纹部分中的齿槽宽度为B,而B大于A;此外,在汽缸上端与牙套顶部下表面接触面之间存在间隙。
在所述的乳液泵中,汽缸上端存在至少一个缺口。
本实用新型的优点是,由此形成的气道可有效地防止乳液沿气道反向流出,这是因为:
1.垫片起着重要的阻隔作用,汽缸和垫片之间的间隙易通过气体而不易通过乳液;
2.汽缸的上端螺纹与牙套上的螺纹啮合时,在它们的螺纹之间形成间隙,此间隙环绕着汽缸成螺旋线延伸,乳液难以进入;
3.由此形成的气道要通过在汽缸顶端最高点处的缺口,乳液难以爬升到如此高度;
4.由于气道需要经过牙套防进水导向套管与活塞杆之间的间隙、汽缸上端的缺口、汽缸与牙套螺牙之间的间隙、垫片与汽缸外侧壁之间的间隙,最后进入乳液瓶,因此,乳液要反向经过如此长、如此高、如此曲折的气道是不可能的。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例和附图给出。
图1是现有技术中的乳液泵结构示意图;
图2是本实用新型所述乳液泵在锁定状态时的结构示意图;
图3是图2中的圆圈A的放大图;
图4是本实用新型所述乳液泵在打开状态时的结构示意图;
图5是牙套的纵向剖视图;以及
图6是汽缸的侧视图。
参看图2和4,本实用新型的乳液泵包括押头3、活塞杆4、牙套6、汽缸17和胶管18。
押头3内具有一通道7,通道下端有一管接头8。管接头8包括一内管9和一外管10,外管10的外壁上设有外螺纹11,而内管和外管之间设有环形凹槽12。
活塞杆4的上端13的外径缩小,且与内管9的内壁固定连接。而活塞杆4的其余部分的外径与内管9的外径相同。活塞杆4的内侧设一上阀座19,上阀座19上置一上玻璃球20,上阀座19和上玻璃球20形成一可向上打开的单向阀。
牙套6有一中央通孔14,中央通孔14的下部一体形成有一防进水导向套管15。该防进水导向套管15的内壁可与活塞杆4的外壁滑动配合,且该防进水导向套管15的上端比牙套6的上平面高。此外,在中央通孔14的上部形成有可与押头3上的外螺纹11啮合的内螺纹16。
汽缸17的上端通过螺纹与牙套6连接,而汽缸17的内壁与活塞杆4的下端外侧壁密封滑动接触。在汽缸17的内侧下端设一下阀座21,下阀座21上置一下玻璃球22,下阀座21和下玻璃球22形成一可向上打开的单向阀。此外,在汽缸17内侧还设置一弹簧23,弹簧23的上端抵顶活塞杆4的下端,弹簧23的下端抵顶汽缸17的下端。
此外,在牙套6的内侧平面上还设置一垫片24;在汽缸17的下端设置胶管18。
如上所述,汽缸17的上端通过螺纹与牙套6连接。参看图3、5和6,汽缸17的上端螺纹的齿的宽度为A;此外,在汽缸17的上端还有至少一缺口25。另外,牙套6与汽缸17螺纹连接的螺纹部分中的齿槽的宽度为B,而齿槽的宽度B大于齿的宽度A。这样,当汽缸17的上端螺纹与牙套6上的螺纹啮合时,在它们的螺纹之间形成间隙26(见图3)。由此,形成一气道,该气道经过牙套防进水导向套管15与活塞杆4之间的间隙、汽缸17上端的缺口25、汽缸17与牙套6螺牙之间的间隙26、垫片24与汽缸17外侧壁之间的间隙,最后进入乳液瓶(未画出)内。由此形成的气道可有效防止乳液瓶内的乳液反向通过气道,从而防止爬液现象出现。
在本实用新型的范围内还可对上述实施例作出许多改变,例如汽缸17上端可以不设置缺口25,而在牙套6与汽缸17上端接触的顶部下表面上形成缺口(未画出),这样也可形成上述的气道。

Claims (2)

1.一种防进液气道的乳液泵,包括:一活塞杆,内置一上单向阀;一押头,固定在上升活塞杆上端;一牙套,其中央通孔的下部壁上一体形成有一防进水导向套管,所述防进水导向套管的内壁与活塞杆的外壁滑动配合;一汽缸,其上端螺纹与牙套的一螺纹部分啮合连接,内置一下单向阀及一弹簧;一胶管,其上端与汽缸下端固定连接;以及一垫片,其设置在所述汽缸上端外侧,并紧贴牙套的一内侧下表面;其特征在于,汽缸的上端螺纹的齿的宽度为A,牙套与汽缸螺纹连接的螺纹部分中的齿槽宽度为B,而B大于A;此外,在汽缸上端与牙套顶部下表面接触面之间存在间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于,汽缸上端存在至少一个缺口。
