Abstract

本实用新型涉及的是可改变遮阳伞伞***置的底座,其底盘上设有旋转可调控制机构,该控制机构是通过控制其受控锁杆与转动体上的牙盘啮合或脱离啮合,来实现伞体支撑杆的转动或锁定状态地改变的。本技术结构简单、动作灵活、可靠、外形大方、美观,可适应各种环境的使用要求。

Description

调整式遮阳伞底座
本实用新型涉及的遮阳伞支撑底座技术，尤其涉及的是一种实现固定、旋转状态可调的遮阳伞支撑底座。
遮阳伞、尤其是通过支撑底座稳定支撑于地面或其它台面的遮阳伞，因使用过程中常常需要移动伞体以便选择最佳的遮阳位置或者是便于伞体地收放，就需要在支撑底座中设置使伞体撑杆旋转的旋转机构，现有技术中能实现旋转可调功能的伞体底座结构式样很多，但周全地顾及产品各项使用性能，如组成部件之间的稳固联接、弹性部件的疲劳负荷以及结构构成的简化等方面，尤其是以其不同的特殊使用环境来设计更符合人消费心理的产品，还是凤毛鳞角。因此，现有的本技术领域的产品虽然很多，但均有不甚理想之处。
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供使遮阳伞伞体及其支撑杆具有固定、旋转可转换功能的可调整式遮阳伞底座，从而达到自由调整伞***置、并可随意将其固定在理想操作位置或使用位置的目的。
本专利申请所提出的为实现上述发明目的而设计的调整式遮阳伞底座，其主体部件包括有稳定装配伞体支撑杆的底盘，和通过轴承与底盘转动配合的支撑杆转动体，本技术方案的主要技术特点是在底盘与转动体之间设有转换转动体旋转、固定状态的控制机构，该控制机构中设有受控锁杆，该受控锁杆设有与转动体上的牙盘啮合或脱离啮合的锁牙。
在上述整体技术方案中，其中的控制机构一种实现结构为：它包括有受控锁杆和位于受控锁杆一侧弹性作用于受控锁杆的弹性部件，受控锁杆一端的锁牙与转动体的牙盘啮合，其另一端为外力作用端。本技术中的控制机构，其另一实现结构为：它包括有受控锁杆和控制受控锁杆位置的手柄杆，受控锁杆内端的锁牙与转动体牙盘啮合，另一端与手柄杆下端的偏心柱径向滑动配合。
本实用新型设计的调整式遮阳伞底座技术，是以直接受外力作用的受控锁杆部件来实现如手动式操作、脚动式操作的多种操作方式，而且可以用较小的作用力就可改变体积较大的伞体的状态。其装配结构简单、动作可靠性高、可适合装配多种动力作用的配合部件，能适应于各种使用环境的要求，其外形美观、庄重，操作方便、灵活。
下面结合所提供的实施例结构附图详细说明本实用新型的技术内容。

图2为底座另一实施例，并采用部分剖视的整体结构示意图。
本实用新型的调整式遮阳伞底座，如图所示，它包括有底盘1，底盘1上支撑伞体及其支撑杆转动的转动体2，和用于锁定或放开转动体2的控制机构。转动体2通过轴承，即结构中的包括钢球3与滚动轴承7转动联接于底盘1内；转动体2的表面设有一圈牙盘8，所述的牙盘8可以设置于转动体2圆柱体的内表面或外表面，也可以设置于转动体2的径向凸台表面上，转动体2通过牙盘8与控制机构配合实现其自身被锁定或者自由状态的改变。控制机构的一具体实施例如图1所示，它包括有受控锁杆4和位于该锁杆4一侧的压缩回位弹簧5，受控锁杆4上对应于牙盘8一端设有与其啮合的锁牙9，在本实施例中，转动体2的牙盘8设于其柱体外表面上，受控锁杆4为弯杆状，其横杆端为脚踏板6，当压动脚踏板6时，受控锁杆4受杠杆力的作用，其锁牙9与转动体牙盘8脱离啮合，则转动体2就可依靠其轴承自由转动，转为自由状态，这时操作者就可将伞体调整到合适位置；若要锁定该位置，则可移去脚踏板6的作用力，这时受控锁杆4就完全承受回位弹簧5的弹性力作用，被推向转动体2，最终使其锁牙9与转动体牙盘8啮合，进入锁定状态。如果转动体2的牙盘8设置在径向凸台圆环表面上，则受控锁杆4就可为一支点在底盘1上的直杆杠杆，其外端则为外力作用端，内端则为与牙盘8啮合的锁牙，受控锁杆4支点的内侧设有回位弹簧；当外力抬动其外力作用端时，受控锁杆4的锁牙9与转动体2的牙盘8脱离啮合，则转动体2及其支撑杆就可自由转动，若要锁定其已选择好的最佳位置时，则去掉外力作用端的作用力，回位弹簧推动受控锁杆4，使其锁牙与转动体牙盘8啮合，锁定转动体2。图2所示的是控制机构的另一类实施结构，它包括有作用于转动体牙盘8的受控锁杆4和控制受控锁杆4位置的手动杆12，手动杆12的下端设有一偏心柱11，该偏心柱11垂直设于受控锁杆4上的装配孔10中，并与其径向滑动配合，手动杆12转动时，就使其偏心柱11处于不同的偏心位置，推动受控锁杆4移动探入转动体的牙盘8，使锁牙9与牙盘8啮合，或移出转动体牙盘8，与其脱离。

Claims (6)

1、一种调整式遮阳伞底座，其主体部件包括有稳定装配伞体支撑杆的底盘(1)，和通过轴承与底盘(1)转动配合的支撑杆转动体(2)，其特征在于在底盘(1)与转动体(2)之间设有用于转换转动体旋转、固定状态的控制机构，该控制机构中设有受控锁杆(4)，该受控锁杆(4)设有与转动体上的牙盘(8)啮合或脱离啮合的锁牙(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞底座，其特征在于转动体(2)的牙盘设置于转动体(2)圆柱体的内表面或外表面，或设置于转动体(2)的径向凸台表面上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞底座，其特征在于控制机构包括有受控锁杆(4)和位于受控锁杆一侧的回位弹簧(5)，受控锁杆(4)上对应于牙盘(8)设有与其啮合的锁牙(9)。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的遮阳伞底座，其特征在于转动体(2)的柱体外表面设有一圈牙盘(9)，受控锁杆(4)一端固定有一横向脚踏板(6)。
5、根据权利要求2或3所述的遮阳伞底座，其特征在于转动体(2)的径向凸台圆环表面上设有一圈牙盘，受控锁杆为一支点在底盘上的杠杆，其外端为脚踏作用端，内端则为与牙盘啮合的锁牙(9)，支点的内侧锁杆上设有一回位拉簧。
6、根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞底座，其特征在于控制机构包括有可与转动体牙盘(8)啮合的受控锁杆(4)和控制受控锁杆(4)位置的手动杆(12)，手动杆(12)的偏心柱(11)垂直设于受控锁杆(4)上的装配孔(10)中，并与其径向滑动配合。
