Abstract

一种整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,其墙体自内向外依次是混凝土基层、与混凝土基层整体浇筑的聚苯板保温层、聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层、由聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护层和装饰面层。该墙体施工简便,墙体整体现浇一次成型,不需另作保温层,可克服聚苯保温复合墙体表面破损,平整度不高的施工技术难题,克服带钢丝网架聚苯板造成的热桥和表面易开裂问题,使墙体的保温性能和工程质量有大幅度提高,适用于各种建筑物的保温墙体。

Description

整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体
本实用新型涉及一种组成建筑物的保温墙体构件。
建筑节能越来越被人们重视,而建筑墙体的保温是建筑节能的重要方面。现有的钢丝网架聚苯板外墙外保温复合保温墙体,由于钢丝网穿过聚苯保温层造成保温效果降低,面层又无专用配套材料,防护面层经常出现开裂。采用不带钢丝网架的聚苯板做保温复合保温墙体时,聚苯板粘贴在墙体上,板面与抹面层粘结不牢,墙体表面易损坏,表面平整度达不到常规工程要求,影响工程质量。现有这两种复合保温墙体砼基层和保温层分别施工,费工费事,施工复杂,又不经济。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不带钢丝网架聚苯板的整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,确保墙体表面不开裂,提高工程质量。
本实用新型整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体的技术方案:包括混凝土基层、保温层和表面防护层,其特征在与:墙体自内向外依次是混凝土基层、与混凝土基层整体浇筑的聚苯板保温层、聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层、由聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护层和装饰面层。
上述聚苯板保温层是发泡法或挤出法制作的聚苯泡沫板保温层。
上述聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层是含有聚苯颗粒和轻骨料的轻骨料抹灰层。
上述聚苯颗粒是聚苯颗粒球状发泡材料或回收的废旧聚苯板破碎而成的聚苯颗粒。
上述防护面层是一种聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护面层。
本实用新型在建筑施工现场制作的建筑墙体构件,聚苯保温层与混凝土基层整体浇筑在一起,确保了墙体的保温性能,聚苯颗粒保温浆料与聚苯保温层有良好的粘结力,有效扼制了墙体表面的开裂。
本实用新型的优点:施工简便,墙体整体现浇一次成型,不需另作保温层,可以克服聚苯保温复合墙体表面破损,平整度不高的施工技术难题,可以克服带钢丝网架聚苯板造成的热桥和表面易开裂问题,确保大面积墙面不开裂,使墙体的保温性能和工程质量有大幅度提高,适用于各种建筑物的保温墙体。

如图1所示:整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,包括混凝土基层、保温层和表面防护层,其墙体自内向外依次是混凝土基层1、与混凝土基层整体浇筑的聚苯板保温层2、聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层3、由聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护层4和装饰面层5。
聚苯板保温层2是发泡法或挤出法制作的聚苯泡沫板保温层。聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层3是含有聚苯颗粒和轻骨料的轻骨料抹灰层。聚苯颗粒是聚苯颗粒球状发泡材料或回收的废旧聚苯板破碎而成的聚苯颗粒。防护面层4是一种聚合物水泥砂浆内埋设抗碱涂塑玻纤网格布6防护面层。装饰面层5是柔性耐水腻子材料或其它涂料的装饰面层,涂料可为各种平壁状或非平壁状涂料。

1、一种整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,包括混凝土基层、保温层和表面防护层,其特征在于:墙体自内向外依次是混凝土基层、与混凝土基层整体浇筑的聚苯板保温层、聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层、由聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护层和装饰面层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,其特征在于:所述聚苯板保温层是发泡法或挤出法制作的聚苯泡沫板保温层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,其特征在于:所述聚苯颗粒抹灰找平层是含有聚苯颗粒和轻骨料的轻骨料抹灰层。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,其特征在于:所述聚苯颗粒是聚苯颗粒球状发泡材料或回收的废旧聚苯板破碎而成的聚苯颗粒。
5、根据权利要求1所述的整体浇筑聚苯保温复合墙体,其特征在于:所述防护面层是一种聚合物水泥砂浆内置玻纤网格布防护面层。
