Description

一种新型的传动皮带轮
现有的皮带轮是依靠与皮带的静磨擦来工作的。传动轮与皮带之间都是平面磨擦，压力小磨擦力小。随着动力的增加和工作时间的延长皮带和带轮之间的滑动磨擦增大，温度上升，温度上升后皮带***拉长，减少了与带轮的压力，滑动磨擦增加，不能很好地传送动力，必须不长时间向皮带和带轮上擦皮带油才能增加磨擦，正常传送动力。如果工作时间一长，不擦皮带油又会出现上述证状，甚至皮带下落不能正常工作。
这种新型的传动皮带轮与我已申请专利的一种新型传动皮带(申请号00213652X)是一个整体的两个产品，单把一个产品制成凹凸花纹，它的作用并不是很大，只有皮带和带轮都带有凹凸花纹，使皮带和带轮的花纹相啮合才能增加磨擦减少因皮带与带轮在传动过程中的打滑发热及掉带现象基本不使用皮带油可正常工作，更能很好地传送动力减少能耗。
本实用新型目的是提供一种增加磨擦力减少动力损耗的新型皮带轮。
为达上述目的采取以下技术方案：在皮带轮1表面均匀加工凹凸花纹2。
设置突起2可增加磨擦力，减少动力损耗。
附图1是实用新型的侧剖图。

②在皮带轮表面上再加工成凹凸形。
