Abstract

一种免疫磁珠,依据丹麦人Arcmbaum 和R.S Yen所提出的“利用表面包被的磁性颗粒来分离细胞”设想,由塑料芯核及包裹在其外且自内向外分别为磁铁层、塑料层、单克隆抗体包被层构成,其颗粒直径为1~20微米。本实用新型的制造成本低廉,为免疫磁珠的推广使用创造了条件。

免疫磁珠
本实用新型涉及一种用于为了免疫而将细胞分离的微粒,一种免疫磁珠。
免疫磁珠是一种直径在微米级、有一定磁性且分散度良好的微珠并经单克隆抗体包被而成的颗粒,其原理是根据丹麦人Arcmbaum和R.S Yen所提出的“利用表面包被的磁性颗粒来分离细胞”设想,其依据是:包被磁珠的抗体能够与细胞或者其他物质表面的抗原进行特异性结合,二其磁性又使其能被细胞分离器的磁铁所吸引,这样就导致和它结合的细胞或其他物质从混和物中分离出来,然而利用现有技术制成的这种免疫磁珠其成本很高。
本实用新型的目的就在于针对上述现有技术的现状而提供一种结构简单、制造成本低的免疫磁珠。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:免疫磁珠由塑料芯核及包裹在其外且自内向外分别为磁铁层、塑料层、单克隆抗体包被层构成,其颗粒直径为1~20微米。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的芯核由塑料制成且磁铁层外又由塑料层包裹,因而其制造成本低廉,为免疫磁珠的推广使用创造了条件。

如图1所示,免疫磁珠自内向外分别为塑料芯核1、磁铁层2、塑料层3及单克隆抗体包被层4构成,磁铁层2包裹在塑料芯核1之外,塑料层3在包裹在磁铁层之外,最外层则为附在塑料层3表面的单克隆抗体包被层4;
免疫磁珠的直径为1~20微米。

1.一种免疫磁珠,其特征在于由塑料芯核及包裹在其外且自内向外分别为磁铁层、塑料层、单克隆抗体包被层构成,其颗粒直径为1~20微米。
