Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种复合管,其特征是在管体内壁复合有PVC塑料层,管体外表面包覆聚乙烯塑料层,聚乙烯塑料层和管体外表面之间形成空气隔离腔,本实用新型克服了紫铜复合管易氧化,成本高,铝塑复合管易磨损、抗压性差、水流量小、耐压力低等缺陷,具有结构简单、抗冲击性能好、耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长的优点。

复合管
本实用新型涉及一种复合管。
普通的水管都采用镀锌管，在国家***作出禁用镀锌管的决定后，出现了紫铜复塑管和铝塑复合管两种替代品。紫铜复合管易氧化生铜氯，所以不卫生，而且成本较高，用户不易接受。铝塑复合管则存在易老化，易磨损、抗压性差，水流量小，耐压力低，保温性能差等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述缺陷，从而提供一种结构简单、耐腐蚀性强，保温性能好，抗压性强的复合管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在管体内壁复合有PVC塑料层，管休外表面包覆聚乙烯塑料层。
本实用新型的进一步设计是在管体和聚乙烯塑料层之间形成空气隔离腔。
以下结合附图及实施例进一步阐明本实用新型的具体内容。
附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图所示，本实用新型的管体1采用不锈钢管3，在管体1内壁复合有PVC塑料层2，管体1的外表面包覆聚乙烯塑料层3，聚乙烯塑料层3和管体1之间同时形成空气隔离腔4，起保温隔离作用。本实用新型的制作工艺是：用卫生级304不锈钢带板，经高频焊接成薄型管体1，经涡流探伤检测后，抛光定型，在不锈钢管管腔内挤压一层厚度均匀、高强度的卫生级PVC塑料层2，之后通过复塑料机在管体1外表面包覆上一层有空气隔离腔4的卫生级聚乙烯塑料层3。
本实用新型通过上述具体设计，具有结构简单、水流量大、抗冲击性能好、耐磨、耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长的优点。

1、一种复合管，其特征是在管体(1)内壁复合有PVC塑料层(2)，管体(1)外表面包覆聚乙烯塑料层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合管，其特征是在管体(1)和聚乙烯塑料层(3)之间形成空气隔离腔(4)。
