Abstract

一种分条整经机整经台送纱装置,它包括送纱辊11、送纱辊电机13、送纱压辊10和气缸驱动机构9,送纱辊11和送纱压辊10将条纱6夹紧,送纱辊11由送纱辊电机13驱动运转送纱;送纱压辊10由气缸驱动机构9驱动压在送纱辊11上,被动运转。送纱辊11、送纱辊电机13和装有送纱压辊10的气缸驱动机构9安装在下拖板16或上拖板8上。本送纱装置的优点是实现恒定张力尤其是较小张力卷绕。

分条整经机整经台送纱装置
本实用新型涉及一种分条整经机整经台送纱装置，是分条整经机的一个辅助装置，用于主动送纱保持条纱的张力。
目前，分条整经机整经台上都没有送纱装置，卷绕滚筒直接从纱架上牵引纱卷绕，因此条纱的张力得不到有效控制。尤其需要小张力卷绕时无法实现。
本实用新型的目的是设计一组送纱机构，安装在整经台上，随着滚筒的卷绕，主动送纱保持条纱张力。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种分条整经机整经台送纱装置，包括有送纱辊、送纱辊电机、送纱压辊和气缸驱动机构，送纱辊和送纱压辊将条纱夹紧，送纱辊与送纱辊电机相连，由送纱辊电机驱动运转送纱；送纱压辊与气缸驱动机构相连，由气缸驱动机构驱动压在送纱辊上，被动运转。送纱辊、送纱辊电机和装有送纱压辊的气缸驱动机构安装在整经台的下拖板或上拖板上。
本实用新型的优点是能实现恒定张力尤其是较小张力卷绕。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作一详细描述：
如图1，一种分条整经机整经台送纱装置，用两只辊将条纱6夹紧，其中一只送纱辊11由送纱辊电机13驱动运转送纱；另一只送纱压辊10由气缸驱动机构9驱动压在送纱辊11上，被动运转。送纱辊11、送纱辊电机13和装有送纱压辊10的气缸驱动机构9安装在下拖板16或上拖板8上。工作时，条纱6穿过后定幅筘12，由送纱辊11送出，穿过前定幅筘5绕过导纱辊3卷绕到滚筒1上。在上拖板8和导纱辊3之间连接有张力传感器17，滚筒1主动牵引纱，送纱辊电机13根据张力传感器17测量的条纱张力大小来控制送纱辊11转速，达到给定恒张力卷绕。
图2所示，实施例中送纱装置安装在下拖板16上，送纱压辊10的气缸驱动机构9为一种带导轨的滑台式气缸组合件，前定幅筘5与上拖8板之间连接有无杆气缸7，用于前定幅筘5的前后运动。压纱辊2连接在上拖板8上，导轨14安装在下拖板16上，气缸15连接在下拖板16上。

1、一种分条整经机整经台送纱装置，其特征在于它包括送纱辊(11)、送纱辊电机(13)、送纱压辊(10)和气缸驱动机构(9)，送纱辊(11)与送纱辊电机(13)相连，送纱压辊(10)与气缸驱动机构(9)相连，送纱辊(10)压在送纱辊(11)上。
